I have all in bed except the boy. I'm going to force him into the shower and then he's off to bed too. There's a giant bottle of cheap wine with my name on it in the kitchen. Drunken housework, yay. Maybe I'll make banana bread, too. (Then I'll fart loudly and shoot a baby, or something suitable manly.)

No, seriously...WHY ON EARTH is there no place which will deliver a pizza, a six pack, a pack of smokes, and a movie? I swear such a place could stay open with my household's business alone.
Ooh! There's a place here that does everything but the movie. Pizza, beer and cigs. :D

Okay it's totally fair to be upset that when someone 'takes' you to a musical, they want you to pick them up and cook them dinner, right? Because I'm kinda pissed I'm a cheuffer AND chef at my own fucking date.
I've managed to import all of my digital pictures into iPhoto.
It's kinda sad going through them and seeing old friends and people I haven't seen in a long time.
But it's great remembering all the good times and places I've been.
And as a bonus, here's a picture of me and two trainers, hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh above the Earth (about 10,000' above ground level, I believe). Sorry it's blurry. Also note that I've lost a lot of weight since then.
I just got goosebumps and a serious case of vertigo.
Ahhhhh
I still don't really know! Needtodance taught me, she's a makeup genius! You should've seen the blue and green she did on me last night, it was beautiful. But I didn't feel ready to try that myself just yet.
Here's a better view of the eyes. It's a little blurry but that's a glittery green liquid liner and I absolutely love it, I can't believe I almost didn't buy it.
Whoa... you look gorgeous. And your hair looks hot, too. :)

WTF... when I said I'd rather eat out because it was unfair to make me cook he said 'Well I thought you'd want to save money'.
So you buy some shitty theatre tickets that I told you to get me three weeks before they went on sale (because you promised you'd take me) to get the right seat and you sat on your thumbs and got me shitty seats when I was in ANOTHER STATE and couldn't buy them myself (and was willing to pay you) and your excuse was 'Well I didn't think tickets sold out so quickly!' and now you want me to pick you up from work, drive you back to my house, cook for you and take you to the goddamn play? OR pay for dinner?
Screw that shit, I'll buy the fucking tickets off you and take a friend if you're going to be like that.

Ew,I'd be pissed too.It would be one thing if you BOTH decided to go to a musical and he said "I dont have a car..can you drive and cook and I'll pay for the tickets" But "go out with me...and BTW..drive and cook for me while you're at it"?? Ummm..NO.

He promised he'd get me the tickets five months ago when I mentioned they'd be in town. He said he wanted to take me, but I offered to pay (and didn't end up). When they went on sale I was in another state and told him REPEATEDLY to get the seats I wanted before they sold out. He kept saying he 'just checked' and they weren't on sale (I offered to pay for the expensive seats)... turns out by 'just checked' he meant 'a week ago' and by 'weren't on sale' he meant 'just started selling'. So three weeks in do you think fifth row centre seats to Phantom of the Opera were still available? Apparantly he did!
And to make it up to me he promised a nice beautiful date... that apparently I have to pick him up from work from, drive him to my house, cook him dinner OR pay for dinner.
WTF?

I'd buy your own damn tickets next time. This time...get your ticket from him and tell him you'll meet him there. Screw him...I bet when it comes down to find a ride or give up the $$ he spent on the ticket he'll all of a sudden have a way to get there.
Lysondra

I guess if I made it clear my entire life and had a savings since I was 6 for specific seats if this musical came to my city that if I didn't get the seats I wanted, I'd use the money towards dinner... or something.
Now I'm pissed because EVERYONE knows my obsession with PotO.. fuck even my MOTHER would've tried to get me the right seats... fuck.. I'm sure YOU would've known better t get the right seats when I offer to pay and am in another state and can't get on the website to order them. If you had spent one day with me since I was SIX you'd know what seats I wanted to this goddamn play and that I had the money for them.
But getting the wrong tickets, offering to make it up to me by making it a fabulous date for FIVE MONTHS and only RIGHT NOW telling me I wanted to save money by cooking for him and driving him instead of paying for dinner?!
WHAT THE FUCK?

Ahahahaha, that's a good idea. I'll take my ticket and take my damn freaking self to my favourite Chinese resturant near the theatre and see if he shows up.
I'm not paying for two dinners when someone promised me good tickets, failed and then decided not to let me pay for them because they were such shitty tickets but JUST NOW told me I had to drive and pay for dinner....aggghhhffpfppppppttttt.
:(
Five months he had. FIVE. (And TWO MONTHS notice to the sale date of the tickets!) And he couldn't save up the $$ for the dinner he promised me to make up for the shitty tickets I didn't want and offered t pay for better? :(

maybe just get him, tell him you want to go to dinner after, go to the show, then tell him you feel ill, and ask for a raincheck on dinner.... then don't follow up. he deserves it, what an ass.

I feel it's unfair to be pissed about getting the wrong seats to a musical someone else paid for... like I feel I'm being mean... but dude... I told him when they went n sale the day they did from the other state... I had intended to pay for the full ($300 each x 2) price for the seats I wanted YEARS in advance...
It's perfectly okay to be upset when someone you trusts gets you shitty tickets to the one thing everyone in the world knows you love the most, right?
...and then the rest... AGGGHH.
Okay, I'm dwelling. I should just get my ticket and go.

So I am consistently getting higher than 90% on my practice exams.... guess it is time to plop down the cash and see to it that I win... I'm just so nervous. So many years since I took any. Only thing I'm truly afraid of is that the real exams will be harder than the practice ones
As long as the don't massively cover shit I never use I'll be ok.

He just called to tell me he was really broke and it wasn't fair because I like rich men with rich things and he thinks if he doesn't spend on me I won't like him. ::)
And then got angry because I didn't even get him a card for Valentines day. Which I guess is right, it was my fault I didn't do that.
But holy shit, I OFFERED to pay rent last night and he said he had the money and I asked him TWICE if he was sure and now he's saying he maxed out his credit cards...wtf.
And now he won'tstop calling.

If you pass the Hampton Inn on the right hand side, the club is a few lights up on the opposite side of the highway (need to make a u-turn). It's got a pretty well lit sign, just drive sloooow.

I don't think I could take six MINUTES of that jerk. He has no fiscal responsibility and it sounds like he has some sort of complex about it. Maybe he's faking being broke to see if you "really like him".
