You said nipple licking was NOT permitted. Not permitted by you, perhaps. a number of dancers there DO permit it and afaik mgt. hasn't made a big deal about it. That's all. No biggie. Just quibbling.

Yeah I take that back. I never HEARD management say it was not permitted, I just assumed since its not completely obvious if someone does do it.

We would not know if you posted on SCL. You do post reviews on TUSCL, I've read them. And what I take from your reviews is that your idea of what constitutes a good stripclub would probably differ from many of the dancers on stripperweb, especially dancers who are not familiar with the high contact in the northeast. I'm sure that many dancers appreciate your pov, however the GGR model is not the prefered standard for most dancers (except for the ease of $$$$ which isn't even as easy as it was when Steve had it years ago). The place is rundown, the dancers treated like meat on a conveyor belt, and the manager has the personality of dog shit. Yes the money is there if the dancer has a strong stomach for what they will see and experience. That is the allure of this place to dancers, consistent good nights. But the working conditions suck.

I definitely do NOT post on SCL. It's for gossips and washwomen and 90% of what you read there is totally untrue.

Yes, I post reviews on TUSCL but afaik they are supposed to be for the benefit of custies i.e. they're written from a custie pov although I try to keep mine vague
and oblique about certain activiities.

Afaic a "good" stripclub is a busy strip-club. They can be low-mileage or high-mileage. I leave it to the dancers to decide what is or is not suitable for them
and let them decide where to or where not to work.

In many ways GGR is unique. It's a nude club which is rare for N.J. It is higher mileage than most ; lower than a few other places and LOWER than it has been in the past. They've had a "clean-up" effort in recent months. No more hj's ; no more toys; no more lezzie shows on stage etc. etc. There are cameras in the ld room ; in the VIP's and their alos wired for sound so mgt. can and does watch and LISTEN ! to what is going on.

Steve's been gone for years. Phil is Phil and has his own style. The place is NOT
a glittery Manhattan style club and doesn't pretend to be. As far as contact is concerned , it is on the high end but compared to Tampa; So. Fla. ; Houston and a few other places it is moderate. And extras are definitely NOT available unlike many a Manhattan club. While the working conditions are not the greatest the house fees and tip-outs are fairly low compared to a lot of other places.

Ladies, come on. You might as well stop posting about your personal experiences of working at GGR, because it's obvious that Eric knows much more than you'll ever know about the realities of being a stripper and the innerworkings of the club. Because, you know, he's like, tight with management and shit.

You ARE talking about guys walking in with pocket rockets right? And as far as I know, there was only one dude who did it. Because as long as I have been there, girls were not allowed to use toys on stage (or ANYwhere in the club)
