And my very own.... Corn poop.
It's quite tasty, despite the name...all my recipes have bad names. Fat Soup, Shit on a stick, Corn Poop....

Mm-mm-mm! I wanna have dinner at your house! :yummy:

I originally was ging to make a garbanzo bean salad, but due to my laziness ended up eating a lean cuisine lasagna. It was pretty good for being only 300 calories and really high in protein. I'm happy!

Gonna make the bean salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, onions, etc. in a bit though. Should make for a good lunch/dinner tomorrow.

Here's the recipe for my dinner. It WAS top secret but I'll share with you guys.
Get one pre-made pizza crust. Swirl olive oil on top, sprinkle minced garlic everywhere, and a little mozzarella. Add thinly sliced red onion. Cut half a block of cream cheese into sticks and put them on the pizza too. Now take smoked salmon and kinda crumble it on top. Bake for 10-12 min at 350. When it's done I like to sprinkle caviar on top. Super easy, looks and tastes fancy. Everyone I know begs me to make it all the time. Enjoy!

Yeah...tonight is taco night! We do this maybe 3-4 times a month.
Spanish rice, refried beans(fat free!) and tacos...hard for me(you know it baby!) soft for hubby. He usually makes taco beef or chicken(with onion, peppers, spices) and makes soft tacos with sundried tomato tortillas. I make fat free bean tacos...hard shells, beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, cheese.....YUMM!!

And fried mexicorn.

I love taco night!

Generic brand cheese pizza and a whole bottle of expensive red wine all to myself... ahhh bliss, and a perfect cure for several weeks of period induced madness.

Oh, and I dipped the pizza in jack in the box's ranch. Oh yes.... I know high class.
