I'm ridiculously cute. I am a psychopath. I dance to Bile and wear black lipstick and a spiked collar. Guys (and girls) love a crazy bitch.

that could be a regular..I have a regular that comes in, we get a drink and go straight to VIP no extras at all!
no what I meant was if EVERY customer she talks to, if she can get him into VIP in 5 mins or less. you can easily find out who the extras girls are at any clubs. they're the ones who always sit there whispering in a customer's ear for 2 minutes and then off they go to the CR

Regulars help, so does hustling every customer and sometimes breaking the rules and having to steal a customer or two helps!

I disagree Laura. Stealing customers is ratchet behavior and will only get you a bad rep. Whoever you steal from will be after you and the drama that would create would make that extra hundred or so dollars NOT worth it. That's just bad form.

I feel like... aside from appearance, intelligence/charisma and ability to be confident in what you want; you have to know HOW to hustle men
who believe "money is no object". By this I mean, a man doesn't need to be rich to spend a lot of money on a dancer at the club...
he just needs to really want to spend; he needs to be there to spend money.. at least usually.
I know "top earners" who's hustle is totally shady and they focus on getting the guy super messed up and drunk to get money out of them,
and that is just robbery to me.
I don't hustle that way. Most of my highest nights are made with guys that hardly even drink and are just happy to converse with me.
Its might sound weird to say that, but it's true.. Men pay for connection, not sex. And they will always spend more for what they can't get.
But if that girl is in Vegas, unfortunately escorting is the norm there so I highly doubt she's making it completely clean... but, its possible.

Focus. & Honing the craft.
& Raw charisma. (Which not everyone has, honestly...)

Going back to the earlier thread on this, I feel like I lose VIP’s sales!
My manager has told me, “you’re not allowed to talk about pricing of VIP’s”, because apparently if we talk about the pricing, we lose that customer? But I feel like when I tell them, “we have to talk to the bartender about VIP” the guy backs out. Note: our VIP is- $550 for 1 hour, $750 for 1 hour (open bar), and I believe it’s $4K for 4 hours or so.
We get 40% of VIP, so I don’t really try to sell them because of how much they take out.

I got a boob job, a gym membership and lost 30 llbs. ::)
I have no complaints.

This is highly possible and probable. Girls don't make that kind of money ($2k) on a regular basis. SUPER rare. Most guys simply don't have that kind of money to spend, and we ALL know that. Quit thinking you're missing something. It's a RARE club where a girl can come close to that kind of money on any kind of regular basis.
There are sooooo many variables to how a girl gets that kind of money. Extras, luck, big spender, sales skill, confidence. I would have to say LUCK is the biggest factor at play when a girl makes $2k+ in one night, in any club.
I have always been a clean dancer and 2 years into dancing I started making over 2k every Friday night, in Austin Texas, in about 4 hours. It all came down to my regulars, my hustle, and my ability to give customers the choice between 20/dance, 30/dance and $500/hour. Everyone chose at least 30/dance. They were mostly engineers who enjoyed my conversation and the fact that I was a hot female engineer. After that time period I was so sick from what wound up being mold in my apartment that I quit being able to dance as much and I need to get back to it now, but I climbed quickly, it was by focusing on the guy in front of me, spending as much time as he was worth (I had to guess) and then letting him decide how much he was spending, all the customers knew I was busy and having a good time so I was in high demand there and had great regulars. Saturdays though just sucked for me, I'd make $400-$800, sometimes more but I guess I was just too tired to do well on Saturday night, plus I didn't focus enough on developing VIP regulars or working with other girls, I'm a loner and go for the single guy who comes on his own and spends a bunch.

At the urban clubs in NYC:
If you’re light skin like Jennifer Lopez or Cardi B and just landed at JFK last week from a foreign country not knowing a word of English
Then congrats, YOU’LL EARN A LOT!
Having your ass done and having over 3k followers on Instagram will tremendously help too!
