I got hotter after 25, I swear to god. I don't know how long it's gonna last, though. Physically, well, yeah, it's downhill because like holiday said we're no longer "growing." But why all the gloom and doom, ladies? We have a remarkable and unprecedented amount of control over our health and appearance thanks to knowledge of nutrition, physiology, and cosmetic surgery. You can make yourself whatever you want . . . but also learn to love yourself! I hate to hear a bunch of beautiful women complain and nitpick when you are all attractive enough to get paid to look pretty. Shit.

I'm 26 and I still look good as if I was in my early 20s that is because I take such good care of myself..

I diet and eat clean 6 days a week. I drink plenty of water. I get facials every other month if needed. I sleep a whole 8 hours I NEVER EVER sleep with make up on that is a HUGE NO NO! I workout about 5 days a week but run 2 miles everyday and I also take yoga classes!

I was just talking to my mother about this and guess what this is the prime age we ladies pay attention to ourselfs more and don't take our youth for granted like Paris and Nicole do lol or the Lindsay Logans.

If we go out and party we will be babysitting our drinks but the next day sweating it all off..

So darling don't worry about it get an amazing push up bra from Fredericks, Grab some Mac make up, lotion up, Clean up you diet and start to workout and I promise you that you will see a difference a huge difference if you drink tons of water it clears up your face and makes you just have a natural glow I promise!

great advice!!! i think i look better now that im 24... there are so many new products and procedures out...... not to mention good old fashioned working out and eating right!!! i will never ever let myself go... i strive to be a milf when i someday have children...

Once you hit about 20 or so, you start to lose muscle mass unless you lift weights to maintain or increase it.

25 is when you start seeing wrinkles from sun damage accumulated throughout childhood and teen years.

If you're noticing the slow-down of the metabolism, less tightness, firmness, increase in cellulite, and so on, START LIFTING WEIGHTS! You'll increase your muscle mass, burn more calories and get that pre-25 body back for as long as you want it. Moreover, lifting helps maintain and increase bone density.

For those who don't want to commit to Botox yet, I've been really enjoying this product from Makeupartistschoice:

MUAC Smooth Cream (http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/botoxalternative.htm)

It's a 12% argeline cream that helps release the contracting impulse of your facial muscles. The effects are cumulative over time. It'll make your face a little bit greasier over the course of the day (well, maybe--I have slightly oily skin anyway) but it does work, and it's a nice product. Smells like Fruit Loops, too. You can wear it under makeup, too, just apply and let absorb for about 5-10 minutes.

It's $50 for 1.2 oz, which will easily last at least a month or two, but the nice thing about MUAC is that you can buy samples for $5. Try it!

Zits: Our hormones change pretty significantly at the mid-late 20s. Sometimes in response to the pill, sometimes not, but our androgen levels rise and that can cause acne. This solution is by no means for everyone, but I went on Accutane at age 27 and it was absolutely worth it. I had stubborn and persistant acne and while I was no means a pizza face, I had about 20 zits at any given time and nothing was working. In any case, if you have the means, visit a dermatologist and have him do a blood workup (to check your hormone levels) and see what you can do about the acne.
