I am only able to take 12 credits this semester because I got mono last semester and really bombed two classes, so I'm on academic probation. :(

I'm taking:
Intro to Spanish
English 102
Medical Terminology for Healthcare Students
Biology 156 for Allied Health Students
Lab for Biology 156

Nothing, I'm graduating on Friday. My MBA at last. I still have a lot of work to do, but after I few sleepless nights this week I'll finally be done.

This fall I'm taking an LSAT prep course on top of the following:

Javascript
Finite Mathmatics
Network Foundations 1
Technical Writing 2
Information Systems Management

Might drop one but as of right now I only need 9 classes to graduate and these are 5 of the 9...

Finite Math
The History of Rock Music (which covers my fine arts credit & sounds pretty fun)

I wanted to take 5 classes this semester (cause that's all I need to graduate) but I registered too late & the other classes I need are filled up.

I'm actually getting a little excited for school to begin. I replaced my 19th century Brit lit class with a French lit one, because I rocked out on my placement test. All my books are on their way from Amazon. I am ready for nerdliness!

French
Accounting
Geography
Oceonography
Astronomy
Ballet

Only one of those is for my major, the rest are ' required' courses (except ballet and french). I'm thinking of doing a minor in either dance or french, might as well use those classes for something. I've taken several accounting courses so far and I expect to get an A in this one!

Im taking one class in the fall distance learning since classes started 2 weeks ago here and I am due at the end of september (middle of the semester almost!). It's shakespeare 1-yuck. but it was Shakespeare or Chaucer, and I would rather read elizabethan english than old Old English.

On the plus side I got A's in all my summer classes! yay for me!

I think credits mean different things at different schools. Maybe it's not as scary as it looks? Or they never sleep?

I did 23 last spring but I was on a 16 week semester schedule. I can handle about 15-16 units tops on a 10 week quarter schedule. I can only work like 2 days a week on that schedule though.

Having mostly lecture classes that I can skip and just read the book help immensely to make those huge course loads manageable.

I don't mean to threadjack but how in the hell does one manage more than 4 classes per semester? I would have to smoke a mountain of crack to stay awake to finish all those assignments.

hahahaha
tons and tons of coffee is what i have to live off of
but i really wouldnt have to work either since my pell grant covers all of my schooling and i have a nother grant that covers my rent since i got married at 16
the things they give money away for
but then i would feel bad living off of other people so im hoping i can get the job at paper moon a few nights a week

but when i get really tired i send my husband to my piano to bang on the keys a bit
it upsets me so much that hes hurting my baby i practice for an hour or so to make it feel better

god i am so lame

That's amazing! 23? You are seriously my school idol right now. I'm getting nervous about 15 credits and 3 nights of work.

I had to in order to transfer on time. It was at a JC though so classes were considerably easier than the 4 year I'm at now. It was a bitch and resulted in many all nighters however I always have to pull all nighters because I procrastinate. I also only worked one day a week towards the end of it.

As long as you plan ahead and keep up on it I don't think 23 is much worse than 15. You can do it!!!!

I'm scared pulling 13 units on a 10 week schedule and working 3 nights too now that I'm at the big university.

^ I always thought that was so funny when my bf told me you have to take "Texas History" even before college! I'm not there, and don't know what to think of it but...well I guess it would have been cool to learn a lil more about ol New Jersey...like where is the Old Jersey, back in Holland or wherever? Can't believe they wouldn't teach us THAT!

I took the crap last quarter but my teacher quit before putting MY grade in. Of course everything bad always happens to me (not my fault I was born w/ it) Anyway, hopefully I won't have to re-take the class...The powers @ Be will fix this issue :-\
