Okay...so I checked out the web site, all the Q&A's, read the pamphlet, everything.

Insertion, working on it. Removal...K, here's the problem. The website said I could use it with and IUD, the pamphlet said, I can sue it with an IUD, but the whole pulling/suction/weirdness is freaking me out.

Do any of you IUD users also use the Diva/Moon cup? I really hope so...I need to hear from someone else that I'm not going to yank the darn thing out!

She is using the keeper. I would not recommend that one to anyone.
1. B/c it looks so ugly and 2. You can develop an allergy to rubber/laytex

You fold it and slide it inside you then twist it so it opens up inside you and forms a seal. Trust me im so damn tight lol and I can get it in.

Fold and slide... do you ever feel pinching when you do that?

Just an update. I want to thank you all for turning me onto the Diva cup. I had been suffering through pads since learning that tampons hurt me and this is the second go round with the Diva Cup and I am as happy as a bleeding girl can be!!!!!

My cramps are tolerable (before they were crippling) and my period seems to just flow easier. OOh...and I can WORK!!!! Yay! So thnks! I love Sw.
