I also thought my baby sister was *MY* baby, and my mom was just taking care of her for me.

Haha, I thought that too! In fact, after she was born and they let me hold her, I refused to give her back. So, when my twin brothers were born, no one let me hold them. Omg, I was so upset. :'(

I used to think that firemen were the ones who SET fires. If you think about it, it makes sense. They're always there on the scene, and if you only see a few minutes of firefighting in real life or on TV, it doesn't look like they're helping the situation much. I always assumed the hoses were gasoline pumps or something. I thought this until I was about 6 years old in second grade. Until then, every time I'd see a fire truck go by, i'd get down on my knees and pray they weren't going to my house.

When I was little I didn't realize husbands and wives had the same last name because the wife took the husband's name. I thought that in order to marry somebody, you had to find somebody with the same last name as you.

My son belived both that not taking my birth control pills would result in automatic pregnancy and that all babies I have are HIS.

He actually threated to steal my pills so I'd HAVE to have another baby!:O

I used to think that if I drank lots of milk, I would grow up and have big boobs.... it didn't happen.

I also used to believe in the "toilet monster". I used to think I had to run out of the bathroom and jump in bed before the toilet stopped flushing or else it would eat me.

haha, i did the exact same thing. Id shut the bathroom door and run as fast as i could to shut my bedroom door. And hide under the covers until i feel asleep.. not only was there a toilet monster, but if other scary things heard the toilet at night they would go to find you too.... :P

When I was little, my brother and sister told me our parents found me in a dumpster. As you can clearly see, I've been scarred for life.
