The Seahawks receiving core grows even thinner...
Deion Branch is still recovering from reconstructive knee surgery. Return unknown.
Nate Burleson tore his ACL last week and is lost for the season.
Ben Obomanu broke is clavicle in the preseason and is lost for the season.
Bobby Engram is not expected back from his broken shoulder until Sept 28 at the earliest.
Seneca Wallace injured his calf this week in practice and was a scratch.
Logan Payne was knocked out of today's game with a knee injury.

Their current receiving core now consists of Courtney Taylor, Michael Bumpus and Billy McMullen. Who? And they're losing to the 49ers!

RH, surely you don't believe that statement after the Cards have broken your heart countless times before!2-0, there's plenty of room on the bandwagon, you'd better jump on now before it get's too crowded.

Brett Who???

It is like ESPN said a few weeks back. Favre is gone but Green Bay still has the best QB in the North (that is not saying too much though). Rodgers is for real (hopefully, he stays injury free), but I am not yet ready to annoint him an All Pro (not after only two starts).

I wish the best for Farve, he was one in a long line of great Packers. I look forward to the day he and his Packer jersey enter the Hall of Fame. I look forward to the day his number is retired in GB.

I think I'm just going to give up on football this year. Lions and Michigan are just killing me. The Lions I'm used to, but to have suck ass football on a Saturday too? Sheeesh.

Since Congress thinks it their business what drugs our pro athletes inject into their bodies, and what opponents practices they illegally videotape, may I make a "modest proposal" that they mandate that all major pro sports enact a "fairness above everything" policy.

Anytime a botched official's call plays a role in a team losing a game that they shouldn't have, the losing team should be able to file a legal dispute to have the result negated, or at least played again from the point of dispute, even if it has to be done weeks later.

Absurd? Not worth it? Balderdash, I say. My idea even has precedent.

No kidding. At what point does someone roll the dice on Culpepper? I would have guessed NE would have considered it considering the history he and Moss had. And I would have thought MIN would have considered bringing him back to replace Jackson.

Deion Branch is still recovering from reconstructive knee surgery. Return unknown.

People in Patriots land were outraged that Bill Belichick and Scott Pioli wouldn't give in to his demands after we won SB 39. Now you know why.

Fight back against the Market! Take what's left of your 401K and put it on La-Lafayette -21.5 against North Texas.

With today's loss to Penn State, we are spared the sight of Ohio State choking yet another big game away. Makes up a bit for my Wolverines sucking this year.

I've had seasons tix to the CFL's BC Lions the last couple years and it drives me nuts how unknowledgeable fans are here. When the home team is on offense, don't frickin' yell at the top of your lungs or try to start the damn wave! Morons!
