Don't say that, I'm not thin!
You are too thin! And teh amount of work you've put in and your dedication is inspiring!
beautiful.

I'm a day off, but schools been hectic. I went to the gym today to weigh myself and...: I'm 5'9'', 135lbs. Thats 15lbs lost since I got her Aug15. damn. :)
I want to lose the last bit of fat from my stomach and try to slim down my thighs. The latter is hard though b/c last time I tried this my upper body started to look severely underweight, seeing all ribs ext, and my hips were only a little smaller than they were before I started dropping the pounds :'(
I'll post pics and measurements when I have some time.
Good luck girls!
Ooooooohhhhhh.... Wanna be my buddy? It's the least I could do since I was an ass to you :)

Well, thank you... I don't feel like I'm doing enough but I'm so tired, I just can't do anymore. I already have a demanding language class and two jobs and a screenplay. I do want that damn liposculpture on my arms. The thinner I get, the bigger and flabbier my arms look by comparison, and dammit there are some really nice muscles under that genetic flab! I've spent my whole life as the chick who can't wear anything sleeveless, and I'm really sick of it. Sad that tons of exercise makes me want cosmetic surgery, but I want to look good all over, not be the pretty fit girl with the huge bat wings. That 12-month no interest payment plan is looking better and better every day.

Boo. I was in the car for three hours today and had Wendy's. Boooo.
I changed my mind as far as exercise goes. I'm gonna do the walk to run 4 week program in SHAPE magazine.

Ok, so after getting robbed I kind of screwed the pooch on body & health. I've been riding a ton, and then not much else. Plus junk food...and that has gotten me? 146 fucking pounds. Yuck. I was 129 this time last year.
So my stats: 146, 5'8", 35-28.5-39
and prepare your eyes for paleness and cellulite!
Behold!
My goal is 120 pounds. I just look better as a sleek person. Also, I hate that my arms are so huge. I have massive biker arms when I put on weight. I also this is just about the most I've ever weighed in my whole life. How sad. I have to work hard, and the embarrassment is good motivation.

Thanks, but maybe the pics are deceptive...I think I'd need to stand next to a thinner me, and you could see the difference.
BUT fuck a ducka. Of course I had to Christopher Reeve myself into some serious pain this afternoon. Fucking horse bucked so hard he tripped to his knees, and I fell right on my head. I literally heard my neck go "crr---unnn-chhh". Fucking OW. It's completely wrenched. And then I tried to get back on, and he threw me again on my tailbone. Dammit. He was going so well too. But now that the adrenaline is gone, I am in major soreness, and I feel sick. Gross. So no running tonight I guess...goddamn horses.

Sure, beautiful.! Pm me on your ideas about how to do it. Im new to these kind of internet things.
I just got my stripper clothes today, tried it on and almost started crying. I've been having a really bad day today, and seeing myself in that just kind of added to it all :(. I'm gonna take pictures tonight and post them.
Today I ate:
-Pineapple
-salad w/ italian dressing
-two small tacos (ground beef, lettuce, jalapeņos and a tad of sour cream)
and then another serving of the above but without the taco shell, like a taco salad.
I have a little time tonight and will go to the gym.
Wish me luck in getting over this bout of depression and for a good work out :)
Stay strong girls!

Ooch. Done that.
Funny how I also seem to have a habit of falling on my head when I'm NOT wearing my helmet, too. I usually do but if I'm not it's practically guaranteed. I've skidded head first a few yards across a pasture... wheee.

i need some proper help. im eating well training a fair bit but it seems to have a negative effect now. i think im used to my training routine. i do 45 mins of cardio - either distance running or elliptical. then 45 mins selected weight training, 4/54 sets of 12-20 reps each time with a weight that burns. but im still real wobbly. any ideas to shake it up a little?

I was feeling sorry for my injured self (my legs are already speckled and bruised), so I had some chocolate. DAMMIT. Then I felt bad, so I forced myself onto the eliptical machine (I wanted to move my body so I'm not so stiff tomorrow). It had the added benefit of making me feel sick for working out right after eating...which is good, because it really makes me not want to eat anymore candy (good to associate sick with junk food, because I really can't digest it that well anyway).
But I think the best idea would be to start working more. When i'm not at work, I'm at home and eating in the evening instead. Working at night is what helps me the most. Otherwise I go out to dinner with friends, or go the movies, or nosh in front of the TV. It's so hard in the evening. That's where I need to cinch up the willpower. Also, I work with a bevy of 100 pound coke lovers. It makes me regret the candy/ couching.
And Cameron, I should post a pic of me in my old jeans. I know the pics don't look awful, but for real, I've gained 17 pounds in a year. That's ridiculous and horrible.

Boy, am I off to the shittiest start ever.
All summer long I ate super well and lost a ton of weight without exercise. I was all about steamed veggies, grilled fish and hold the bread.
October came and I guess my body kicked into Halloween candy or winter hibernation mood and all I can think about is ice cream and brown sugar pop tarts. I've been walking the equivalent of about 2 hours briskly daily and I'm sooooo pooped when I'm done (its around campus) that I just want comfort food. Hopefully, the exercise will help balance it out. I'm going 5 times a week at 6am so I don't have to drive in morning rush hour on the 405.
This is the first time I'm every pretty happy with my body. I haven't weighed this little in more than 6 years and I feel great. I just don't want to lose it. Going back to work in a week or two once I get my class scheduled settled should help kick my butt.

I want to tone up more and gain muscle. I haven't used any weight machines since I left Houston, so I'm starting to loosen up:-[
I worked out 35 minutes on the elliptical today.
I ate:
honey nut cheerios
alfredo pasto bowl
pack of nutter butters
2 fruit snacks
pack of nutter butter
2 donuts
1/2 bagel w/ butter and jelly
banana
I think I see the problem.....

I just found this thread... can I start tomorrow??? Well I'm only a few days late so I will because I need the motivation to actually work out.
Starting out:
measurements: 35B-33-36.5 - I'm built like a boy. My butt is 38.5 and I don't want to lose it.
height: 5'8"
weight: 148
GOAL
34-28-35 and around 125-130 I don't know what the measurements would be.
Mostly I want to tone up my upper body, stomach and lose my love handles.
Here goes - Operation Sexy underway!

This is a great idea. Here's some before pics of me.
My biggest goal is to eat right consistantly. That's the most important for me because I noticed that when I eat right, it's so much easier to lose weight. I'm currently veggie but would like to switch to vegan. Also cut out sugar, alcohol (limit 1-2/week), and white flour. I actually love to work out, and would like to start up a new routine.
My goal is to tone up and lose 5lbs.
My current weight (last I checked) is 134
I'm 36-26-36
33" around my hips above my bum :P

Dude, somebody on here mentioned skinny cow ice cream cones, so I went out to buy some and I love them! The ice cream cones are only 150 calories each and since I have a sweet tooth I feel like I am still behaving and not being deprived.
Today I had...
Bagel w/ cream cheese and orange juice
Acai energy bowl (acai with fresh fruit & granola)
Skinny cow ice cream cone
Veggie burger, hold half of the bun.
The bagel was a bit of a splurge, but I worked out at the gym doing 40 min cardio and 30 min. weights/abdominals.
Another customer said he noticed a difference in my body today. He said he could tell I've been working out, and to keep it up, because it's working. The kind words of praise and encouragement really meant a lot, and I find that I am more confident when asking for dances. Yay! :)

awesome! I feel the same way at work already, and it's only.... like 2 weeks into it!
I took a pic at work tonight, but now I'm too tired to do the whole camera thing. I'll do it in the morning. My measurements are 42-29-41, and I have no idea what I weight. Probably a lot. My goal is to tone up and lose 2-3 inches from my waist.
I don't eat any grains. I mostly eat meat, eggs, yoghurt, and veggies. I'm trying to minimize sugary fruits and starchy veggies. I fully embrace fat.
I've given up on having an excercise "plan." I'm in different places all the time, but I'm pretty active every day. I'm just going to be more aware of how active I am every day and try to get in more cardio stuff.
Today I spent 3 hours hiking through the woods, and then I worked (but I swear work is not excercise for my body). I ate a big bag of arugula and mustard greens from my friends garden and some dried smoked sausage, I was just snacking on it all day. At work I had tons of water and a ton of peppermint hard candy's. I think I'm addicted to them. I hope they aren't too too bad.
Ok, so after getting robbed I kind of screwed the pooch on body & health. I've been riding a ton, and then not much else. Plus junk food...and that has gotten me? 146 fucking pounds. Yuck. I was 129 this time last year.
Molly. Your stomach is flat. WTF. I can't imagine you losing twenty pounds and not looking emaciated (but I understand that different bodies hold weight differently so maybe it's possible, but it doesn't seem likely). Please don't turn into a skeleton... :'(

What a great few days!
Ive been watching what I eat, PLUS had two fantastic gym sessions.
I havent weighed myself, as I ALWAYS put on loads of water weight with my period. Plus my gut looks like Im 6 months pregnant, with the bloating.
All the exercise makes me feel like ME again, fit and healthy, and a happy person.
Feeling good about myself.
(apart from the bloating and hormones)

I understand the concern, but trust me I look better at a lighter weight. I'm one of those people who puts on weight very evenly over my whole body, so it's deceptive...It takes a lot of weight loss to notice a difference for some reason. And I definitely look like the thick girl at work, which I'm sick of. I just want to wear my old clothes again! I won't go overboard. I clearly enjoy eating too much for that.

i have a kind of inspiring story. this might sound silly to some of you but i hope not. i'm doing an internship at a school for autistic kids, and today in gym they had to go outside (its 85 degrees) and run a half mile. ive known one of the kids his whole life, and one of the meds he's on makes him always hungry. he's a big kid. about 200 pounds, i think. i knew he was going to struggle. he ran part of the first lap, and walked the next 6. on the last lap, he was crying and said he didn't want to run anymore, but all the kids and teachers were cheering him on and said he just needed to do one more lap. and he stopped walking and ran the last lap. i figure if he could do something that was that hard for him, i can sure as hell work out harder than i'd like to. :)

that's a great story!! I almost got tears.
So today has been good. I had three apples, some fries, a Nalgene bottle of water (32oz) and three V8's (one small can and one large one) and I spaced everything out so I wasn't ever hungry. If I get hungry I'll have some rice noodles. and if I am hungry after 9:30 I'll drink more water. I really need to stop eating at night. I think it's when I eat the most so yeah. that was today - Day 1. I've been in school and work all day and just got home so I'm going to walk around the neighborhood for 10 min and do the exercise bike for 40 min.

I went to the nicest restaurant ever last night for our one-and-a-half year anniversary and ate sooo much. I wasn't going to weigh myself this morning but I couldn't resist and unbelievably I still weigh the same. 145.5 lbs. Yay!
Gonna run tonight after peak hours are over at the gym, yay for it being open until midnight. I suppose I could just run around the neighborhood but I feel so self conscious. And for some reason I do better on a treadmill even if I do feel weird/dizzy after I get off.
Healthy request Campbell's vegetable soup is pretty good. Had it for lunch.
Okay...time for some serious toning! I've lost enough weight. My boobs are starting to shrink....EEEEEEEEEEEKKKK! NNNNOOOOO!!! Can't have that! So yeah....tone, tone, tone! I want to be able to bounce a quarter off my ass again...LOL! :D
