^^ Amen. I love me a BBW myself, but.... it doesn't make you a stripper to show up for fat chicks night. Even if it WAS three times.
I filled in for my friend at his job twice. Maybe I should head over to a warehouse supply forum. Cause I'll totally be one, once I put on forty pounds of muscle.
I'm sooo almost there. Someone advise me about weight belts!!
ROFLMFAO.

Just curious...how much did you make stripping, Danielle?
Rinna
09-23-2007, 08:32 PM
Sorry to say, but 'fat girls night' isn't really a "specialty" so much as it's a sideshow. You know, parading fat chicks around to be ridiculed and laughed at.
ok, now that is just downright mean >:(
It's obviously not be the typical look but just like every other type, fetish or whatever that excites or entertains people there are men in the world who like plus size women.
Parts of society celebrate every different size breast, hair & skin color, body modifications such as tats and peircings, ect. Various clubs and areas around the country embrace each one of those and clearly this club or clubs she performed at decided to celebrate plus size women and had paying customers too. So imho just like some of the things I'm not into like large and numerous tats for example, it's a fetish night at a club. Not a sideshow.
Does it really make people feel so much better about themselves or whatever to be cruel to others ? Especially people they have never met in person or those who have never done anything to them personally ???
What is the point of trying so hard to tear another person down?
If people don't like someone else's postingher that much why not just just use the ignore feature?

^ but it DOESN'T make her a dancer, however you word it. sideshow, fetish.. that doesn't make a difference when it comes down to the fact that what isn't listed there is the word 'stripper.'

^^^ Indeed. I understand people sometimes research a head of time. I would too. Smart thing to do.
But she's not a stripper.
It's been three years, and she's not a stripper still. All she does is stir up drama.

It doesn't matter WHY they had a fat chick night, the fact still remains that it hardly makes her a stripper, like she's trying so desperately to be.

Again, there are women here who have been through WORSE than you could ever imagine and do you see them lying and scamming others then justifying it with a "I had it rough" excuse?
Well, that very reason is the reason I choose to forgive her, okay since I wasn't really there, I won't say "forgive" but I stand with her on one point....it was several YEARS ago.
I've been thru way too many tragic circumstances, the majority of which are let's say "unique"...so my perception and other ppl's as well is really like, it could have been worse.
Everyone who thought she committed suicide, well in my experience it isn't the ppl who threaten over the internet. If it is, then I'm wrong, but I wouldn't have responded to that if I was there at the time, it was nice of those who did, but I choose to turn the other cheek on BS.
Danielle, I do think you should have stayed anonymous.
But overall, my usage of sw is not affected one way or the other, neither is my "safety." All you crying about "safety" from a girl who was a serious drama queen back in the day need to shut up.

hmm. I guess you mean her profile? I haven't looked at what she listed herself. Is there amateur listing to choose from? Either way, calling her a sideshow is still mean and uncalled for and I do think the wording makes a difference. Using the term sideshow was intentionally cruel and obviouly intended to try and cause her pain on some level.
And again, what is the point in trying to tear someone down like that? why not just use the nifty little ignore feature instead? Is it really needed to try and make her cry /:O
I've said my peace and am now done with this thread.

no. you were talking about wording. kitty called it a sideshow, you called it a fetish.. the one thing nobody can call it is a stripper. that's what i meant.

I admit that was a poor choice of wording (what I should have said was fetish, I didn't use the word sideshow with malicious intent) but that's not the point. The point of the matter is that it doesn't make her a stripper and she never will be except for the occasional "fetish" night or at a sketchy dive club.
Or, I guess, that club in L.A that specializes in fat chicks....but that's L.A.

A big giant WHATEVER to that...
Since your definition of sideshow was "You know, parading fat chicks around to be ridiculed and laughed at."
And before you go saying "but I just meant it from the custy's perspective, not mine!" It was worded carelessly, and someone who was concerned with not having malicious intent wouldn't have said it that way.

Actually, I didn't mean it from a customer's perspective and I wasn't really concerned with how it would be perceived, but yes, I should have said 'fetish' but whatever, I'll go change it. Not that its even relevant to the topic anyways.....geez.

Wow, I am so dissapointed here. First of all, several SW members have body issues, weight problems, and unhealthy images about their bodies and food. Then you go and throw it right back in someone's face?
Second, people deal with trauma in different ways. Danielle obviously suffered quite a bit growing up. Creating a fantasy world, making up stories, etc, can be a coping mechanism when reality it too difficult to face. I remember being teased in middle school for no reason, and it took me years to get beyond my bitterness.
She has grown up and moved forward. She danced at a specialty night, and did so with confidence. She wants to be a part of this group. Can't we turn the other cheek and support her?
During the original drama years ago, many members would post incindiary responses to her thread in order to fuel her vitriol. I was one of them. As a matter of fact, I was on the phone with another member (forget who it was) and we were laughing and planning to see how we could troll Danielle to get her to insult us. I am sorry about this, but we other members DID manage to propogate the drama.
Danielle, I read your personal site back when all of this was happening, and I could truly feel your anger and pain. You've come such a long way, please excuse yourself from this thread and continue to be a contributing member of SW :)
Oh and finally, someone mentioned that MetalnMitsu wouldn't be welcomed back here. Why not? Did I miss something? Didn't she simply choose to stop posting?

S'alright....easy enuf to perceive ppl as strangers and 3rd parties on here, which is the reason I think it's weird some ppl act like this went on IRL and yesterday, I was just sayin, for those who have harsh tones, don't say you in no way/shape/form meant it.
Sorry, not tryin to get too analytical in this thread, so hard sometimes, cuz sometimes it IS my RL on here;)

I was not around for when this all started, but as an outsider it seems obvious to me that the OP loves to be the center of attention. If she didn't, she never would have outed herself (and I don't think she should have). Her previous experience with SW should have told her that threads like this would happen if she outed herself, and maybe she wanted that!

Eh, I'm a little late here, but whatever.
I was the person who recently dragged up your past drama. I somehow stumbled across it one night, and got a great kick out of reading that thread. I laughed my ass off for a good hour reading that. It was hilarous. Nothiing wrong with finding somethign funny, and sharing it. So thank you for beign the source of a good laugh for me. I hope you can get a laugh out of it yourself, and I encourage anyone to drag up somethign old I wrote and laugh abotu it, I will laugh along with you. Drama or not, funny is funny.
** EDIT**
I just re read this and realized it sounds really bitchy. It is NOT meant to be bitchy, or soud as if I was getting a laugh at your expense. I just meant that it was a funny read, and I enjoyed it.
Although I will say, after reading that drama and the drama that is now taking place....although I don't personally know you, I amunable to welcome you back with open arms, full of trust that your a changed person.
If I were you, having caused so much drama in the past, I would have stayed anonomous for a long time, building trust as a newbie on this forum, before comming out as an old poster.
It also seems to me...your still a drama queen. Posting all thoes pics of yuo as an obese stripper, doing "speciality night" You had to know the outcome of that. It just screams to me that you are seekign attention, anyway you can get it. Which just goes to show your insecurity, and desperation, which I pity.
So in conclusion....I feel sorry for you. Obviously, you have some deep rooted emotional problems. But I still will not be able to ever trust or accept you on this forum. there are just some people who crave bad attention and drama, I feel you are one of them, and I choose to avoid people like that in my life. But I wish you good luck and hope you can one day work out your issues

This is no "second chance." This isn't even "twentieth chance." Spelling that's good enough to be readable is the only difference between now and then. Time changes nothing. People can grow, but they don't fundamentally change who they are. I'm reading this thread and it is the same pattern as last time. This will progress and end the same way it did last time.

Is Danielle a stripper? Was she a stripper all those years ago? It seems very odd to me that a non-industry female would hang around this forum.
I tend to turn a cold shoulder to those who don't (past or present) strip as a job, teach pole class, make and sell clothes, bartend, waitress, housemom, DJ, bounce, etc. If you plan to in the near future, the newbie section is for you.
