You're right girl. I need to scale back the alcohol. I'm sure it's not helping the weight loss efforts.

I took an hour walk today and worked out for a half hour as well. the walk was a power walk, so that's good.

but i baked apple pie yesterday, and had a piece today... bad loola!!!! but it was soooooo worth it.

To be honest, I am in a rut. I have been eating OK, but since I've been back to work, I don't have a lot of energy to work out. i think I need motivaton . I feel defeated:(

me too... it sucks, but i'm really frusturated.....

it's almost my birthday, I'm working 45-50 hours a week, and I've got my period, so I'm eating like a starved person and being super lazy, not to mention bloated, plus i woke up with a fever and feeling all sick.

I'm taking a little break. just till saturday. today, tomorrow and friday I'm going to relax and then I'm going to get back into it and kick ass. I'm going to join a gym next week, on monday. I'm done feeling like shit, I'm ready to get back in shape and feel hot again. I'm going to get a trainer and restart writing down my meals.

i think a break before all that will help me destress and heal.

just hang in there miss. it'll all work out!

I have mine too. I gain crazy water weight as you know. Maybe we should start with a new goal or challenge on Monday ?

When is your birthday ?

I was bad today . I tend to eat a lot right before my period. As if I don't feel fat enough already.

a protien bar
2 lean cuisines
a string cheese
a bag of movie popcorn with butter (very BAD)
2 eggs
egg drop soup

I did a Firm tape for an hour. No booze though. That's my downfall.

How are you doing now ? I thought you had mentioned that you like the Firm series also. Maybe we should do the same tape one of these days?

Today I was good !

2 eggs
a turkey burger
a string cheese
lean cuise
vegetables and seafood at teppan
2 glasses wine
a diet mojito

I also did 45min intense cardio by the Firm on an empty stomach

you're doing so much better then I am! my birthday is the 27th.

I'm going to a gym tomorrow, so that will help so much. i need a trainer so bad, I'm just not motivated enough.

i like the firm, but i don't have any of the tapes, i just do what's on demand.

I'm going to work out for 30 minutes today. it's something.... lol. I'm back at my starting weight.

ick.

today so far I've had 2 bowls of yogurt, some weight control granola, almonds, a banana, and chicken veggie soup. so i'm doing ok. i just need to keep away from sweets.

I just need a killer night at work..... hopefully it'll be tonight! that way i can pay cash! for my pt sessions and get started kicking ass and looking great.

A good night at work is always a good motivator. I rollerbladed on Sunday for like 3 hours and I did a Firm tape. Last night I worked and we had no girls so I danced constantly and didn't work out.

I've been eating OK but I'm just a little blue and hormonal so I haven't been keeping track.

wow. i wish i worked with 0 girls! I bet you banked. so many of my best nights are with under 10 other girls. I sooooo miss that :(

it used to be that 30 girls was like the most on a weekend night, 25-28 was about average, and i remember nights w/ closer to 20, on a friday!. now it's not uncommon for that to be closer to 40+, and only 30 is rare :(

Well as you know , I ate a whole pizza. But it was thin crust , light chees and veggies. But after all that Ramen chat, I had to get some. And I haven't been working out lately. I suck. I'm just really stressed out right now . Enough whining though.

I heard stomach flu is really good for weight loss. Or food poisoning maybe ? I swear that would be the highlight of the week.

So, I'm reviving my food log:

I'm eating breakfast right now, bear natural fit granola, fat free organic yougurt, and a banana.

for lunch I had a little bowl of chicken and dumplings

Then i went to the gym and had my fitness evaluation and did 20 minutes of a cardio machine.

when i got home i had pomagranite and a mango

for dinner i had whole wheat pasta and mussels with redsauce. I made the sauce myself, if had a whole onion, crushed tomato, fresh mushrooms,

later i had goat cheese and date crostini and a glass of plum wine.

I had Shells and cheese :-[ an entire box
and a protien bar
a tomato

yesterday I ate a whole pizza
some pasta
4-5 drinks

Not doing as well as I'd like but I've had a reasonable amount of stress

I'm not doing well either. I hurt my hip, so I'm being a couch potato for a little bit. but I'm trying real hard not to eat for boredome. I'm down to 111.5 again.....

Back on track !

Today I did

4o minutes of HIIT on the treadmill
and 35 minutes of Firm weights with cardio

I ate 2 bowls cereal
veggie enchiladas
ceasar salad
wedding soup
2 hard boiled eggs
a string cheese

I'm determined to get back in shape !

How's the hip babygirl ?

aweful. I badly hurt my right hip, and now i have to go spend a shit ton of $$ at the chiropractor and it's making work hard.

my number 1 thing was that i need to be fine to work. But I literally cried from pain 5 days after the session when i tried to work. The last few nights I've had to take a pain pill to cope at work.


Needless to say, I'm not working out now, and i canceled my gym membership and got a refund for my pt sessions.

I'm really upset about it, but more then that, I'm hurt :(

awww. good luck. I adore cabbage soup. actually i made some on sunday! and corned beef and cabbage. I had a craving!!!!

lol. but i think my soup is probably more fatty then the diet one.

Today is day 2. Did 35 minute HIIT.

I had vegetables, the soup and was allowed 1 baked potato .


Going well though. I have evn managed to stay away from alcohol.
