hey Girlz-
It's been diffcult for me to get on the internet with the fires and all. The smoke has been bad and my DSL was down or very slow for the last few days.
I am going to post what I have done since last Saturday. I did and 1 1/2 hours of cardio on Sat., 20 minutes of stair mill and some lower body work on Sunday, 20 mins. of speedwalking (which was stupid because of the air qualtiy) and 30 mins on the stair master on Monday, Tuesday was a rest day, and yesterday I did 30 on the stair step and worked my abs and entire upper body.
this fire has been tough and I have some family members that had to evacuate. I can't get down to San Diego because they are already sending people away.
This is a tough one, you guys, but I'll hang in there with my progress.

On a less important note, I've been such a bad posting-slacker lately. I had a competition, then of course I got really sick...and still am. I couldn't do much exercise (I basically have been in my bed for 9 days straight), but the upside, I also had no appetite, so I'm down to 143. w00t!
I forced myself out of bed to go to the costume party, and my costume looked hot on! So a minor success!

hey guys-
Thanks for the supportive words. I have been fighting a cold for a few days now. It isn't full blown, but it is dying to be one.
I did work out about four times in the last week. But one day, I was in a great mood with lots of energy and really worked my upper body and concentrating a lot on my back and abs. I even had a trainer offer to work with me for free. (He said he thought I was an athlete;D )
But..I way over extended my ab work, which really, really hurt and contricted my movement. It was really hard to dance for the next two days and it aggravated my fibroids, so I started spotting and cramping on top of that. Also, I looked way bloated. My stomach finally returned to normal on Saturday, which was good, because I had a costume event to go to in which I wore a belly baring, thigh skimming version of a Pebbles Flinstone outfit.
I didn't go in today. I cheated on Saturday with some mexican food and chips and a green apple martini.
I have been sipping soups (my man got me some chicken noodle from wholefoods) and barely eating the noodles, those are mega carbs.
My family is in good health, but I need to find out more about property damage. This is my Uncle and two cousins who both have families of their own.
I haven't posted on the challange in over a week. I guess I better get to it.
It sounds like we have all had some set backs, but that's Ok, we just start again:)

Hey Ladies!
Just came into report what I've dones so far this week. Sunday, I did a bit of cardio and had just enough time to do leg press, booty machine, quads and obliques.
Monday-nothing.
Tues. Did a 1/2 hr. cardio and stretched like crazy. My muscles were extremely tight. I have also had a slight cold for a few days.
Wed. Did another 1/2 hr. cardio and worked my lower body pretty well and did some ab work, including some pilates.

Hey- Where have you guys been?
I'm still plugging away at my workouts and dealing with the little disasters in the LA area. I will be picketing w/ the other WGA members tomorrow.
