Ugh. It was dark (duh, strip club) and I thought this guy was wearing normal shorts. It was worse than sweatpants. He was wearing that Under-Armour stuff with no underwear. Like, the thinnest material out there. I went to grind on him, and I got right back up, and spent the rest of the air dance feeling rather nauceous. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy....
Hahahahahhaahhhahahahahahah.
That's SOOO GROSS!
The worse is when you accidently make that mistake... and when you leap up they're like "No sit back down. Grind on it. Grind on it. Don't you want to feel me?"

I heard of a guy who walked into Vic's one day and had the goo on the floor eat the cement that held the sole of his shoe to the upper. Foot fell right out of his tennies. :)
Irvington is like that. The Paterson club floors are covered with tissue paper at the end of the night, much more refined and the ladies all use hand sanitizer before going to work on every "job". If anyone thinks sweatpants are ewe they don't know ewe; sweat is not the worst of it. :yikes:

Arrggghhh Vics....I never thought I would see Vics typed on SW. I worked there for 4 hours one day and never went back. Granted it was great money for a clean dancer; I looked like a 8 year old looking at his first porno. I think that's what made me stand out. I would never, ever ever ever....go there again though. Arrrghhhh...I'm having flashbacks.

haha. this thread reminds me of shopping for baby clothes the other day. i was with my friend and i yelled over to her "oh my god, i didnt know that they made creep shorts for babies!" i call creep shorts either creep shorts or boner shorts. nasties.
am i the only one here who has had a few guys undo the button on their jeans and pull down their zipper? yuck! their weiner pops out. ughk. vomit. i havent thought about that probably since it happened last.

we cant hate on them that much. obviously, they think it is right bc girls actually put up with it and offer to get them off.
i worked at a club like that for a year and didnt even know until after i left that all the girls were doing major extras.

Yeah, the Irvington clubs are something alright. I wouldn't even call them go-go bars or strip-clubs. Whole other animal.
BTW, scuttlebutt is that the ABC is going to close Vic's down for six months for violations.

You ask customers to pay for dances up front?
How do you manage that when they don't know how many dances they are going to get, or do you stop and ask at the beginning of each new song to be paid again.
This is happening all over NJ but the way it is done is per dance fee is paid to the bartender or manager upfront BEFORE the dancer and customer enter the LD room. The dancer gets her cut after they leave.
I think this is bad for dancers over all because it: 1) Cuts down on impulse purchases because the customer has prepaid for a certain number of dances and isn't usually going to go through the trouble of going back out to the bar, paying more, then going back to the LD room. 2) Cuts WAY down on tipping because the guy believes he's already paid and if a dancer asked for a tip upfront, before the dance, most guys are going to walk right out of the LD room and ask for their money back. 3) puts the club squarely in the middle between the dancer and the customer because THEY are collecting the money. From a legal standpoint that makes the club culpable for anything that goes down in that LD room, so if extras happen they'd get more more easily charged with promoting prostitution and couldn't readily say, "hey, we don't promote that and had no idea it was going on". Bad for the dancers too, since they have to go back to management to get their money instead of being the ones in control and giving it to management after the LD.
Bad enough VIPs are run that way but turning the LD rooms into mini-VIP set ups is a bad idea.

^^ It cuts back on guys getting grabby, too. I'm just too old and cranky to put up with guys pushing my limits.
I will admit that I didn't always do this. But I'm at high mileage club these days where most customers expect more than I'm willing to deliver. It happens too often I get half way through a song saying, "No, don't do that, don't touch that, I'm not doing that, put your pants back on..." and then the guy just gets pissed and storms off without paying.

I don't understand what that has to do with me collecting up front. But the club SHOULD be liable for extras ::)
I can't fire a girl for doing extras, but I have to work with her and deal with the effects from her "spoiling" customers into expecting whatever and get busted right along with her in a raid - even if I wasn't doing anything.

By contrast clubbing here in Ma, CT and RI I've never been to a club where I had to pay anything but the house cut of a VIP room up front. I have been asked once or twice for the money up front from a dancer but it's pretty rare. When it happens I refuse and move on.

I would never plunk down $500 for VIP that kind of money will get one a better then average call girl for two hours in-call and they ARE prostitutes. No pants required.;D

Sorry, re-read Perry. The three points were in reference to how collection upfront in NJ is usually done by club employee [bartender/bouncer/manager] NOT the dancer.
Having the club personal collecting money, not the dancer, is what puts the club squarely in the middle of it.

Most places in Jersey use to be pay the dancer when the dances are over.
Like I said, that model is changing. I think, and it is only my personal opinion, that is for the worse for the reasons I mention above.

:O Every club I have worked at's policy for VIP rooms (which are half or full hour rooms) is that money is paid up front.
Then again I have never worked anywhere that had a LD room. Always floor dances, 3 for $100's done in VIP, and half or full hours. Even for the 3 for $100's at my club now, the policy is to be paid up front.

No, you re-read. You responded to MY post about MY dance protocol. You threw all that non-sense in all on your own while quoting me, and I never said I was in the NJ area.
And you did a farily decent job of dodging why the club should be responsible for prostitution - and not every dancer that just so happens to be in the building.

Again, this rarely (if ever) happens in my area. Over the years I've had a few girls ask. I wish them a good afternoon and move on.
Let me make something clear. I understand why a dancer would ask up front and even make it a policy. I don't have a problem with any dancer who wants to do it. I just won't buy dances from them. I almost never buy one dance. If I have been sitting with a dancer for a while and decided that she tickles my fancy I will ask her to dance for me. In my world this is going to mean at least four or five dances depending on the cost. It may be pure fantasy on my part but I like to maintain the pretense that the dancer is there to please me and then get paid for it, not get paid and then dance for me. Yes I know, it's all in my head but it works well for me and I'm too old to change.

Just out of curiosity, would you buy a dance/VIP in a club where the policy is that everyone pay upfront no matter what? I just wonder because my club is like this and I've never seen a guy change their mind and decline a dance from me because of this club policy.

That's a bit of a different situation. Guys don't change their mind because it's a club rule and they probably know it if they have been there before.
As far as what I would do. If I'm buying VIP I know the dancer and it's a set fee so I would probably do it. As far as individual dances go I would think twice. If I was traveling and this was the policy in every club in the area I would stay and deal with it. if it was not mandatory at other clubs in the area I would probably leave and go to one of those clubs.
Honestly I think it depends on where you are from and what you are used to. I've never had to do it in my area or anyplace I can remember traveling to so I'm not keen on the idea of being forced to pay up front.
On the other hand, if I show up at your club and you are standing there licking that lollipop then all bets are off!:P

Because if the police investigating alleged prostitution find probable cause to make arrests for same then the people collecting the money [up front as you state] get arrested even if they claim they knew nothing about it.
In fact they get busted for promoting prostitution instead of simple prostitution. A more serious offense. If the prosecution truly feels like busting balls, since the dancers are all "independent contractors" and the club management is taking money for all of them and dispersing part back to them, they can get cute with the RICO statutes because it all becomes a criminal conspiracy to promote prostitution and everyone gets charged with criminal conspiracy to boot.
That exact enough an answer for you? :)

Sorry girls, I'm the customer, you're here for me, I'm not here for you.I doubt there are objections to casual shorts in hot climates. I have a vacation home in FL, I club when I visit there and always wear shorts with no objections from the dancers. To me it's pretty clear that the objections are towards guys who come in commando in slinky pants or sweats. I don't think any of the dancers posting are demanding a three piece suit.
I see you are a new member and I apologize for not giving you a welcoming shout out. Part of the welcome wagon experience is me telling folks that this is a stripper supportive site and all posts are judged with that in mind. I admit to being a bit concerned about the vibes I am getting from your post. Perhaps you didn't spend enough time reading posts to get a feel for the site personality.
Hopefully, I am off and you will be a positive contributor to the site.

My attire is usually an untucked black Polo (easy for dancer to pull up.. and they often do) and cargo pants, no belt (for smoothness)... lots of pockets: one for stage and waitress tips, one for LD/VIP $$$, one for a small bottle of Stoli or Jager or whatever... if I know the dancer, I'll bring what she likes and we'll drink it in LD or VIP room.
About grinding and such... I know one dancer in high contact club who would reach in pants to check for condom before grinding. If no condom, no grind. If condom, then she gives the lecture "you must not throw that away in here! I could get fired!" Then she's off to the races. In another club, some ladies carry around a satin cloth to sit on and grind on. They don't care about rough Levy's. :)
There's clearly a diifference between an occassional grind and a grind that lasts almost the entire length of the song. It seems to me that in the latter case, for the dancer willing to do it, she knows what the intended end result is for the custie, especially after multiple grind-o-matic dances. I get the EWW factor for dancers who only grind for a few seconds... but help me understand the EWWW factor for those dancers who grind away. Among my early visits to a stripclub was a HM club in Tampa, and the guy I was with handed me a condom and said "you're gonna want to wrap your Big Mac if you get dances here." From then on, and after the experience I had in that club, I figured carrying a condom was the norm, or else ask the dancer to back off a bit.

I once had a dancer compliment me on my choice "soft fabrics". These were dress pants (not the dreaded overly thin kind) and a knit shirt. She claimed that rubbing against rough fabrics " made her boobies sore". She thought denim was the worst offender. I thought we'd come up with a new medical condition; Stripper's Boob?? Kinda like Runner's knee? or Frisbee finger?

If multiple LDs are the evening's game plan and the place is known for grinding, I thought it was a given that guys wear them just in case. Doesn't have to be the entire length of stay. I tie it on with a gummie worm! ;D

Here in FLA, I wear shorts most of the time. I have rarely if ever been turned down for a lap dance. Sorry girls, I'm the customer, you're here for me, I'm not here for you.
I have to agree with FBR on this one. No, we don't expect you to come in looking like a Wall Street executive by any means. I prefer that you don't stink (body or breath), wear clean clothes (and underwear), and keep your dick in your pants when I dance for you. Beyond that, the only thing I care about is how much money you'll be parting with due to my charms!
And lastly, yes you DO go to the strip clubs for us! You can't tell me that you'd RATHER pay $5 - $6 for a single beer because it tastes better while you're in an adult entertainment establishment. The ONLY reason men pick strip clubs over other drinking venues is to see/talk to girls. Not only dancers, but shot girls and bartenders as well. So YES, you come into OUR world because of the girls and entertainment.
On the other hand, it only takes one or two men for a stripper to have a profitable night. So, you see (you poor, self-important, misguided excuse of a person that has no problem coming onto a stripper FRIENDLY site to proclaim your all-encompassing condescension to us while simultaneously proclaiming our absolute dependence on you, as an individual), you are a drop in the bucket, as insignificant to my income as an ant. There are plenty of gentlemen that will deign to treat me with respect, and they will always win a lady's company before a contemptuous person such as yourself would. REGARDLESS of how much green is in your pocket.
Rant over. Carry on.

I kills me when guys take the "You need me, I don't need you" approach. Hello! The beer is a lot cheaper at home and there is no cover charge!
Why on earth do you go to a strip club if you don't go to see beautiful, nekkid women?
