Tuna Stuffed Eggs
Has anyone ever tried these? I'm thinking of making them to go with dinner. They sound kind of weird, but maybe they'll be weirdly good. Like a twist on deviled eggs. What do you guys think?
Here's the recipe I was thinking of using:

I'm trying to use up some the eggs I have, but I want something dinner-style. I'm sick of breakfast eggs.

Re: Tuna Stuffed Eggs
I would have to add hot curry powder. Is this with oil or mayo the tuna is mixed up?

Re: Tuna Stuffed Eggs
Actually you are supposed to mix it with a little butter. I think you're right about the curry powder, it doesn't really sound savory enough on its own. Oh, and you're supposed to use oil packed tuna, but I don't have that so I think I might use a little more butter or something like that.
