I find that the shave isn't close enough. They do say it takes awhile for your skin/hair to adjust though. I just bought a cheap one from some place like rite aid, but maybe the more expensive ones are better. On the plus side there was no razor burn/irritation and its quick

My electric shaver is great! I use a Norelco that I bought at Target for like $60. It's not a wet/dry one. I use it when I work to get my skin extra smooth.

So do you still use a regular razor in the shower? Or is just the electric enough?

Yes I use a regular razor in the shower. The electric razor takes too long to use every day. I just use it when my skin gets irritated from using a regular shaver.
