So I've got about three weeks until
God I'm so pathetic. I've got untill the 17th until I'm forced to see the guy who ripped my heart to pieces (the one I was with for nearly 6 1/2 yrs), and though I don't want him back, and really don't want anything to do with him, I do want him to eat his heart out when he sees me. It's going to be a very good mutual friends daughters first b-day.
Anyway, I've been so distracted with school lately that I've forgotten most of what I knew about being healthy and looking great fast.
What I want is to really tone the body, work on making the ass more round, and of course skin and hair, but what combo for workouts is best and quickest? What supplements are best? Protien shakes and whatnot? I've been on tonalin for a year now so I'm thinking I may up that dosage because I've really only been taking half. Anyway, does anyone have ideas on how I should go about this? I think it'll also help wih my confidence too since I've been feeling sort of blah lately. It's the kick in the ass I needed, but now I'm lost on what to do. Help!?!
