She has skills, strength and flexibility is a hard combination to achieve..When I was lifting weights all the time, I wasn't flexible at all, I couldn't even do the splits..Now that I can do the splits and I'm super flexible, my strength is gone and my pole work sucks..I can't wait for my pole to arrive so I can practice. There was a girl I worked with who danced like that, except she was very petite and gymnast like (i had such a crush on her). This one has legs ten miles long. Colour me jeal-ous!
I can do the splits on the ground next to the pole, but I am always so impressed with the girls who pull into a vertical splits. THAT takes some serious skill, strength, and flexibility.

You're not stretching enough after your weight workout if you are losing your flexibility when you strength train. I'm super flexible and when I weight train, I get really cut...but I've always maintained my flexibility by doing Pilates and Yoga several days a week and doing regular old static stretches after my weight days.
That Pole dancer makes me want to get back on the pole...
