Definitely Jem from Jem and the Holograms. I wanted to be just like her when I was a little girl... Truly Outrageous! I'm still a big fan of the cartoon and own the seasons on DVD.
I <3 JEM!!! ;D
Well, according to the test snoopy posted:

You are the classic person that everyone loves. You are the best friend that anyone could ever have and never want to lose. You never cause harm to anyone and they would never not understand your feelings. Life is a journey, it's funny and calm for the most part. Stay away from traitors and jealous people, then you will be stress free.

You are fun, you are very cool and popular. You always know what's in and You never are out of style. You are good at knowing how to satisfy everyone else. You have probably disappeared for a few days more than once but you always come home with the family values that you learned. Being married and having children are important to you, but only after you have had your share of fun times.

But personally, I'm gonna say Spongebob Squarepants or Chandler from Friends. I know he's a dude, but he's just like me.
Oh and Britt244, she's not on TV (that I know of) but she's like my friggin soulmate!
Katrine that Natasha pic made me almost spit out my coffee... i love rocky and bullwinkle. ahh.
wow... i'm actually surprised how many of these characters I DON'T know! :O hmm...

Joan of Arc from Clone High: nerdy, passive aggressive, moony, pseudo-high school goth girl.
But most relevantly, I'd say Charlotte from Lost in Translation:
Distant, sulky, emotionally-immature, vaguely-pretentious/ snobby, female philosophy student...with a nice rack. I don't usually look like Scar. Jo, but I kinda look like Charlotte.
She's also the character of fiction I quote most often: "I like smoking. I don't really smoke that much...I'll quit later."

^You mean Jessica Rabbit?
A blend of Rafael from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Link from the Legend of Zelda CARTOON, specifically.
I was such a TMNT fan, my mommy put me in Judo lessons as a little kid which started my martial arts career.
The Zelda character from the cartoon forever influenced my view of a romantic relationship and I realize I am basically looking for a girl with Zelda's personality.
^haha Rafael, eh?? I was soooo Michaelangelo as a little kid... I used to draw him incessantly and shout into sewers. If you believe hard enough.... ;)
i had a really overactive imagination.
then again, around 3 yrs. i made every restaurant i went to call me wembley.... like, wembley fraggle. http://images.wikia.com/muppet/images/7/71/Wembly.jpg i miss fraggle rock....
Raf was my favorite when I was little! I even had my mom make me a Raf costume that I ran around in all day. I would only buy boy shoes because they'd have TMNT characters on them.
Everyone tells me I'm like Ed from Cowboy Bebop :P
But when I show off, I totally pull a Jessica Rabbit or Red Hot from the old Tex Avery cartoons.
This is kinda copying off Katrine, but I was watching Golden Girls last night and I think Sophia Petrillo is sooo me. Smartass and humorous and often shocking frankness and general lack of inhibition. That's me. And check this outfit. Senility will fit me well, I think. :)

I'm Holly Golightly. Wistful and a little sad, independent but emotional, a sex worker;) and pretty damn fabulous.
Oh yeah, and I'm talking more the book than the movie, although I adore both.
Carrie from Sex in the City... everytime I watch that with my friends (and I own all seasons) they laugh at how much alike we are haha... usually the phrase "OMG, I could SO see you doing that" comes up atleast once haha

I never saw myself as snoopy, interesting.
Irritated all the time and of indeterminate ethnic origin- I'm Spinelli from ABC's "Recess"
(We have the same fashion sense too)
* Ashley Funnicelo Spinelli
A feisty tomboy who enjoys pro wrestling. Almost always called by her surname, and was outraged when the other kids found out her first name. It was revealed by Mrs. Flo Spinelli that her daughter harbours a crush on T.J in the episode "Parents' Night". She oftens mentions her brother (usually with "prison" in the statement), but he is never shown.
