Are they soft cookies? Do they include Lady Jade cookie?
*shakes fist at universe*
Dudette. I ate the bag they came in.
How come my cookies always get hard 10 minutes after I take them out of the oven? I suck. Time to pay my crack, errr, cookie dealer LJ!
If you want a testimonial, Sister Jade, I will sing it like Al Green.
Testimonial from me regarding the ginger cookies: BEST COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD. Delicious, perfectly flavored, buttery gingery goodness. I tend not to eat much sweets in one time, so these lasted me about two weeks with some sharing. The last one I ate was just as delicious and moist as the first one. Everyone I shared them with had the same reaction, which began with a widening of the eyes and ended with a covetous look toward the rest of the batch.
Testimonial from K regarding chocolate peanut-butter chip cookies: Much the same as above.
Testimonial from Sean Bean, also known as Boromir, regarding the same batch of chocolate peanut-butter chip cookies: "Oh my GOD, mate, where'd you get those?" Sean Bean also sent K a very nice jersey from his favorite football club (Sheffield United) as a thank you, partially for the dozen cookies K shared with him.
And yes, LJ, I will definitely be placing gift orders.
I shall testify on the softness of these cookies. My chocolate chip cookies remained soft, yummy and edible for a few weeks. Yes, a batch wll last 1 person a few weeks, eating on average of 4 cookies a day ;D
On that note...off I go to place my cookie order!
I will add my testimiony. My ginger cookies stayed soft and fresh for weeks and were the yummiest ginger cookies EVER!!!!! My one batch fed me, my husband with some left over for hom to take to work(which were gobbled up right quick....and they keep asking him where they can get more "stripper cookies"!! So I will forward the list on to them.)
damn!! i really want some... sounds like they are awesome cookies...
So if you get 3 dozen...oes that mean you can pick 3 types or is it 3 dozen of one type?
^Ohhhh, good question...
Oooh the ginger ones rocked (until boy left the lid off the tupperware and they dried out...dumb boy). I wanna try some sort of chocolate chip ones this time...but which ones....think think think....
I saw this and just had to say...
LADY JADE'S COOKIES MADE ME FAT!
But...
it was a happy fat!
:D
(Not really, of course. But I ate waaaaaaaaaaay too many waaaaaaaaaaaay too fast!)
I hear she cooks in the nude. (Waiting eagerly for my batch.)
Hmmm...so if three of us got together and decided on three different types of cookies, there's a better chance we will be able to get three different dozens in our batch?
Quick Cam, find us a third!
^ and after ALL the free cookies she gave out...we all should be buyin some for Christmas.
And they are sooo worth it. OMG so freakin good. I'm ordering a batch for my gram, but I might order more chocolate chip for myself, and debating ordering a batch for my boyfriends parents...
And $20 is really a good price, because
1. the taste is totally worth it right there, but
2. They come in good packaging. Plastic tupperware isn't free, and that expense needs covered as well. But this packaging keeps the cookies from breakign in travel, and helps jkeep them fresh for weeks.
3. A batch is 3 dozen cookies, that's only $6 per dozen. $1.80 per cookie. Cheaper than a bakery but way way better!!
cash is in da mail...;D
Can it be delivered to a canadian p.o box?
Oh..and for X-mas present orders can they be gift wrapped? how much extra is that?
If you can do an assortment, and I can get money, I am ALL OVER it. I can't just pick one kind :(
