Five questions, five answers
Saturday night, inspired by all the Portland-area dancers complaining about money being tight lately, I decided to buy at least one dance from each girl working at my favorite local club. Four dancers (it's a small club in SE Portland), all of whom I had seen before, only two of which I had gotten private dances from in the past.
First girl on stage was the reason I'd started coming to this club, but I hadn't seen in a while. I asked her after her set, she asked me to give her a minute, then one song later, she emerged from the dressing room and took me by the hand to the private booth. Friendly, funny, professional, and of course dead sexy.
Second girl was my new favorite, but had lately been putting me (and other customers, I've noticed) off for private dances. I have no idea what is going on with that, and I'm mildly curious just to find out the story (I'm a writer; I love stories) but not enough to get involved. Actually, I didn't even have to ask her; as soon as she saw me, she rushed over, apologized for making me wait, told me some other guy had asked her for a dance first, asked me if that was OK.
I was amused and a bit irked at her presumption. I told her it was OK, especially since I had already planned on not settling on just one dance tonight. With all the girls there, this one's odd hurry-up-and-wait hustle wasn't as irritating as it would normally have been.
And I ended up buying multiple dances from her, once we were in the private booth. She gives the best dances. Bar none. Sorry to the other girls...
Third girl I had never bought from before. I asked her for a dance right before she got on stage, she said "Sure!" and curtsied, and immediately after her stage set she took me by the hand, as well, and led me back to the booth. She was also warm, friendly, funny, and professional... and almost as sexy in the booth as the second girl.
Fourth girl was under 21, as the DJ constantly reminded the crowd, and I don't think I've ever seen her give a private dance before, to anyone. So at the end of her stage set, I asked her, "Do you do dances?"
"No," she said, "but the other girls do."
I laughed. "But I've already gotten dances from the other girls! I wanted one from you!"
She didn't answer me, just smiled mysteriously and left the stage. Had I crossed a line? Did I have a reputation now? Or was it just as I guessed and she just didn't give private dances? Hmmm... food for thought.
Bonus question, this time to me, instead of from me: a young twenty-something girl, a customer, sat down next to me at the stage and asked me "Can I have a dollar?"
"But you're not naked, and up on the stage..." I pointed out.
"Please? I'm just going to give it to her," and she pointed up on the stage.
I felt a bit like a sucker but I gave her a dollar. She used it to wave the dancer down, and got a kiss and a neck nuzzle in return. Hmmm... OK, that was worth a dollar. But it still felt like I'd been hustled.
Whatever... it's only money, right? ;D

Re: Five questions, five answers
Stick with the ones who know how to treat you...with money as tight as they claim, no one is in the position to act crazy.

Re: Five questions, five answers
Interesting, the hurry up and wait hustle. It must be REAL fucked up there---customers asking fellow customers for bucks. You sure are nice. Thanks so much for gracing us with your writer's account of a nite out on the town. ! Can I like, use that--"I'm a writer, so I love stories"? :rotfl: But I just realized that I'm not sure what the post title had to do with the post. Maybe I just didn't count. Cheerio!

Re: Five questions, five answers
I like that post and I am now intrigued with Girl Number #2!

Re: Five questions, five answers
MinahSky: Did I mention how crazy-hot Girl #2 is to me? And the dances she gives? Whoa.
Alaska: Thanks for the compliment...
I asked four dancers for private dances... and got asked once for money. Five questions, five answers. Sort of - I didn't technically ask one of them, she just assumed.
And, yeah, it was strange to be asked for money from a customer. Maybe I was being noticed for all the money I was spending, and she figured I could afford it? I was definitely the big spender in the club that night. As far as I can tell, anyway.
Helle: Thank you. And... yeah. Did I mention how crazy-hot she is to me? And the dances she gives me? Whoa. But I see you're from Columbus - I don't know how mileage compares between Portland and Ohio. A great dance here might or might not be the same in your hometown...

Re: Five questions, five answers
I'm confused. What were the 5 questions?
-
Re: Five questions, five answers
Hmmm... made so much sense in my head before I wrote it. :)
I didn't explicitly state each question and answer, but basically, I asked for a dance three times, there was an assumed question and answer from the crazy-hot girl #2, and the fifth question was from the girl to me, asking for a dollar.
I guess I'd fix that if I re-wrote it. Thanks for the critique! Much appreciated.

Re: Five questions, five answers
I wasn't critiquing your post. I was just trying to give you the 5 answers you asked for. Just trying to be helpful:)

Re: Five questions, five answers
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh... I see. :)

Re: Five questions, five answers
SO whats up with the girls that don't give lapdances? Just doesn't give them? How does she make any money, that is weird.

Re: Five questions, five answers
buffie06: You'd have to ask her. My guess based on observation is that she was getting about $20-40 per song, times two songs per set, on the busy parts of Saturday night. One dancer every 10-15 minutes... so one dancer gets up on stage every 40 minutes to an hour... Oh, I don't know. And I don't know if that was an exceptional night, or a crappy night, or something in between.
Again, you'd have to ask her. I also have no idea what the stage fees or tipout percentages/norms are for that club.

Re: Five questions, five answers
I frequent a club that has a number of girls that don't give dances. It got pretty annoying until I started developing favorites. I think some girls manage to make enough off of their regulars where they can afford to ignore the general crowd. I'm not saying it's right, but that would be my guess.

Re: Five questions, five answers
Those girls obviously live with Hef. When my regulars are in the house I KNOW I'm getting their money...it's the rest out there on the floor I'm worried about!

Re: Five questions, five answers
Oh you silly. You know I'm going to answer your questions... b/c you were at my club!! :)
#2 hasn't been feeling well lately. She's just a bit under the weather. As a result, she's been picky about who she gives dances to--trying to stick with people she knows won't be grabby, she just doesn't want to deal with that. The underage dancer actually just feels more comfortable ONLY doing stage. So there you have it. You didn't cross the line, in fact all of us think you are a sweetheart. As for the customer hustling you, I have no idea what that was all about-but how rude!
P.S. PDX girls, if you see this guy in your club, be kind. He is a perfect gentleman!

Re: Five questions, five answers
Hi, hearts!
I wasn't sure if I should name names... so I didn't mention you specifically. But you were awesome! And thanks for the compliment!

Re: Five questions, five answers
Susan: It's likely the effect of how early it is, or my holiday-week fried brain, but I couldn't tell if you were talking to me about hearts, or to hearts about Girl #2.
But then I realized it didn't matter. They're both amazing.
"All of the above" for the win!
And, um... happy belated birthday?
