That's a sexy style. Looks like the hair had a huge rollers in it, or a very round curling iron.
Not sure...but you would rock it!!!!!
I used to do my hair similar to that style. I wanted volume at the top of my hair, but didn't want the actual curl to start till about after chin level. So I used larger rollers towards the top so the top layers would get that slight turn under but not kinky like. Then used smaller rollers on the rest bottom layers of my hair, but wouldn't roll all the way completely to my scalp.
The technique for the larger top layer rollers would be to keep the roller horizontal and roll under. And for the bottom layers, to hold the roller vertical and roll sideways imitating a spiral, since you want that progressive curl and not a flip. (Hope I explained that right).
Oh, and definately do a light spray over of hairspray before rolling, so the curls will stay put and not unwind apart. Also don't brush/comb them out after taking rollers out, but rather finger place them. Then lightly hairspray again.
I'm not sure how much volume you have at the top of your hair naturally, but some light teasing might be needed if you want that exact perfectly coiffed shape going on and your hair is finer.
I would blow dry some volume in at the roots and then use a medium sized curling iron on the ends grabbing fairly thick sections of hair. It looks like she even curled from the ends up, the curl exists only from the end to the middle of the hair.
Pretty simple.
Looks like a set of clip-in extensions that I want to pick up! Very hot!
Ive heard horrible things abou those Jessica Simpson clip ins
i just looked thru the site a bit - its like c'mon.... cant you at least use a hairpiece that matches the models hair?
Yeah, they didn't use a color ring. (I made that mistake once too. Never again! It's hard enough trying to match my highlights/lowlights/etc.)
I know it's kinda off topic, but is there a coupon code for this store? I love the leopard corset!
