What kind of cardio are you ladies doing?? I'm back in the swing of things with my pilates, but I feel like I have a layer of Thanksgiving blubber I need to burn off. All I've been doing is throwing on BET for a 1/2 hour and dancing around my living room. I feel like I need something more effective. My bf says to jog, but I hate running!! I do have access to a gym in my building if that helps. Should I just suck it up and hop on the treadmill??
I'm hoping y'all have some better suggestions for me!!
