Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Someone else started a thread about nastiest things said to you by a dancer, so I figured I'd start another thread. This one can be about things that any male non-stripper employee said...manager, barback, bouncer, DJ, etc.
I'll start...
At one of my past clubs, we were required to tip out 15% of our earnings, which meant management knew how much money we made(I was a bit insecure about this, since I don't like discussing my money and it's embarrassing if I don't do good one night). On game day, I got to work early as managers told us to do and I worked really hard, but it was a horribly cheap crowd. When I tipped out, the manager said in a snotty ungrateful voice, "Is that all you made?" :'(
I don't know if this was intentional, but...at another club, a small group of us were smokings cigs and chatting, and somehow pole tricks got mentioned. I happened to add, "Yeah I never got around to learning pole tricks, because I got my boob job only a few months after dancing, and it took a while for me to heal. Even now, almost a year later, I'm afraid to try a pole trick because I have this weird little worry about my boobs." The DJ's assistant/light guy/bouncer said, "You've had your boobs for a year, and they haven't dropped yet?" >:( Welllll excuse me, that's what happens when you are CURSED with a flat chest and you ty to go from flat-chested to full C cups...sometimes it takes a little longer for them to drop, but thanks for rubbing it in. Then he just HAD to add, "And you didn't learn any pole tricks after a full month? Wow I know like so many girls that were turning flips and all that after like, less than a month!" Thanks for rubbing it in. >:(
If I had been nearly as much of an assertive bitch back then as I am today, I woulda responded, "My boobs will drop as soon as your balls do."
At my first club, this one short lil' bouncer and his DJ older brother were almost consistently rude to me and made annoying comments. For example, the DJ that would chat with the others about his wife/fiancee/whatever, and when I tried to make friendly convo by saying, "You're married? That's cool!" he paused, scowled, and put on this big attitude, saying, "OMG why do you care??? Do I ask you about your business?" even though it was nothing too personal and he was open to discuss it with like everybody else. Another time, I was seriously venting about how much I hated my college and how they seemed to care only about getting their money and not about helping their students. This was during a time that they were threatening to kick me out and report me to collections, all because I didn't have the tuition money paid in full, and that's considering that my college refused to give me financial aide or any of the loans they'd promised me...my college wasn't being very understanding of the poor financial situation I'd been in for the past few months, nor did they care that I was stripping my butt off 14 hrs/day, 7 days/week to pay that damn tuition. I was seriously angry and hurt about this. The DJ had to rub it in and talk about how "great" my college was during my whole shift, even though he saw that I was seriously upset.

the bouncer was rude to me the whole night and at the end of the night he told me to keep my tip, and started laughing and said i needed it more than him.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
My staff is generally pretty sweet, but we have one retarded DJ who I thankfully haven't brushed shoulders with but once. It wasn't nasty what he said really, just pathetic and annoying. He got all sleazy on me just like a customer! The other staff members are pretty professional in comparison.
Him: "Omg... who are you, gorgeous?" *eyeballs me up and down*
Me: "I'm Kira, nice to meet you."
Him: "Nice to meet you, too! So... how old are you? You look young."
Me: "yeah, I'm 18."
Him: *smiles* "So you got a boyfriend?"
Me: "yep. 4 and a half years now."
Him: "aww. Well what does he think of you doing this?"
He continued to be lecherous throughout the day, asking me what my bf thought of me dancing and if I liked older men.
I was tempted to tell him that I like older men, just not fat, squatty, patronizing ones.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Well I haven't had any problems with the male employees of the club.
But, I had the bitchy waitress ask me to move when I was getting some water at the bar, so I step aside, then she adds "Would you just fucking move already, Jesus Christ!"... Well, sorry, I didn't realize you needed a mile to fit your fat ass through.
Bitch.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Oh yeah and this one DJ at my current club has PMS at the end of every month like clockwork. Overall he's cute and he's kinda cool, but other times(such as the end of every month) he can be downright bitchy!! He will flip out at me and most of the dancers. This past fall, he claimed that I wasn't invited to his birthday party because I "talk like a pornstar" WTF? (and that's considering that it's my JOB to be sexual, since I waitress at a STRIP CLUB for chrissakes!) So I made it a point to get revenge by spreading a nasty rumor around the club that he has an eating disorder(most likely very true). I'm not a force to be reckoned with.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
This happened to a friend of mine: Guy tries to finger her onstage so she goes to the bouncer and complains that she was violated. The bouncer's response is "How can a stripper be violated". Great guy huh?

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
I had a waitress say "Move it, you fucking cunt" to me when I was dancing for a customer in a crowded club. I then saw her talking shit about me to the bar tender... they were both looking over at me... pretty obvious. I never said anything to her and was nothing but polite. We actually ended up being pretty friendly with each other once she realized that I was nice to everyone. Totally uncalled for... but maybe she'd had a bad day. I'm glad I never retaliated because it turned out to be a one-time deal.
I'm sure there has been lots said about me behind my back. I'm just glad I've never had to hear it because I just move on and keep hustling.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
I've never had anything rude said to me, but I had the DJ at one club, while talking to me, hold up his hand to shush me, then hand me a Listerine spray thing. I'm obsessive about my breath now. :(

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
We are required to tip our bouncers, managers, and djs a certain amount per dance. One day as i handed the bouncer his tip, he looked at it and said "that's all? Damn, you better start sucking dick" Thankfully he was fired not too long after that. Another time a manager said we were all lazy bitches and need to go make him some money.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
This one manager was one of the most violent and brutal men I have ever known, towards men and women alike. But in different ways. The weird thing was, like some movie villains, or maybe Mack the Knife, he was perversely likable. It was strange, repulsive, and funny as hell if you could stomach it. I worked there, so I did.
But one night, he was going on and on in an extremely unpleasant way about the women, right in front of about 7-8 of them.
It was at a DJ meeting, held in the dressing room, with a few dancers that were there getting ready early.
He kept repeating about how he couldn't get any good-looking girls like the huge factory club in town, so it was up to us DJs to put on a show to compensate and keep the customers in the club.
If I had been one of those girls getting ready I would have been pissed off. And as I recall, even though that club had horrible hiring standards, one of the girls getting ready was really cute! I looked at her and smiled and shook my head slightly, she smiled back, we were both thinking the same thing--what a crock of shit. It was shortly after that I finally got the fuck out of there.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
The only times I've ever had any mean shit said to me by male club employees were all from the one manager I always bitch about.
The most notable was when I hadn't even danced two full shifts yet ever (as in brand new stripper and everyone in the place knew it), and he made a point of telling in front of a bunch of people me how flabby I was and that I needed to lose something like 15 pounds in two weeks if I wanted to keep my job, and that I should start doing lots of squats. For the next week, every time he'd walk past me, he'd say "squats." Mind you, I was at my lowest ever adult weight (I'm 5"6' and weighed around 120 at that point). I did need to firm up, but it was nothing that working as a dancer for a couple of weeks didn't fix quite well, and for me to go from 120 to 105 at all, much less in two weeks would have been dangerous and would have showed it. This was not a fancy gold club, it's a hole-in-the-wall style place in a blue collar town.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
We have a bouncer that likes to go around and tell the girls that if we followed his advice we'd all be rolling constantly in the dough. He was getting on me for a while about what I needed to change about myself for men to like me(since all men like the same exact things and who knows better than him...) and I was sort of arguing with him that I need to look how I want and he pretty much yelled that I was "boring" to me. I wouldn't talk to him for the longest time after that.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
hah. at my old club, we had this fucking asshole janitor.
one night after we closed i was sitting on the side of the stage chatting to two of my workmates, both who were naturally very tiny little skinny petite girls. this janitor comes up to us and goes,
janitor: so, do you girls work out to keep your figures?
all three of us: no, not really
janitor, looking at me: well obviously YOU don't, but i thought you other two must

I would have just been like...."Yeah, okay janitor. Usually guys like you PAY me to talk to them, but thanks for your two cents, not that I need it".
Get bitchy! lol You are thin, I dunno wtf he was talking about.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Ew. The worst thing I can recall at the moment is just the new bathroom attendant ('cause our club is soooo classy /sarcasm) whistling at me and saying "hey baby" whenever I'd walk by the men's room to talk to a customer. Finally he was standing next to the dressing room door and he says, again, "hey baby". I told him I heard him wolf-whistling at me all night and he needed to cut it out. When he denied it and claimed it was a customer (the club was dead, I would have been able to tell if it was a customer) I said "OK, you stick with that story".
I'm sure there have been worse things... but my managers are OK, and I ignore the usual "you're so sexy baby, back that thing up" comments from the bouncers.

You should have been like "OH hey janitor dude...I think you missed some gum on the floor over there. Later."
What a jerk face! You are HOT! I love it when you post pictures, BTW ;)

I agree...Darcy is very pretty.
And yeah, that janitor was a royal cunt. I would most definitely have told him off or said something like "most guys PAY me to talk to them" or "go get some gum over there." A lot of asshole guys NEED to be put in their place. >:(

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
We have a DJ who is constantly up the dancers butts to go sit with this customer or such and such. He's not rude about it but damn, I know how to do my job thank you very much. Do your damn job and I will do mine.
If I want to sit on my ass all night and not make any money thats my choice, not the ( ahem ) DJ's.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Oh, this is an easy one...the manager in Reno who called me a lying whore.

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Oh my gosh - this one club I worked in on a temporary basis, a guy I had been seeing, off and on, for... well, a really long time came in. One of the bouncers said to him at some point:
I know that girl. She's just interested in money. She's a user. Don't trust her - I know her, man.
The guy replied something to the effect of "Yeah... I think I know her pretty well too."

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
Erg... I had a manager ask me if I was ready for a beef injection... Of course, I live up to the dumb blonde bit every once in a while and it went right over my head. I said back, "I'm a vegetarian." But afterwards, when I finally got it, I wanted to be sick.

Haha that comeback actually fits and could mean you’re a lesbian, you know going down on a girl is referred to as tossing her salad.
Anyways I had a club owner at the last club I danced at tell me “all you girls are whore and should be in jail” I quit I few days later.

I agree. Great comeback. It may not have been what you meant to say, but you made it clear you wanted none of his meat!
Yeah, my club owner thinks that... and it's passed down to the girls via the bouncers/DJs. It's not a nice feeling. :-\

Re: Nastiest thing a male non-dancer strip club employee said to you
There was a bouncer at one of my old clubs that constantly questioned my personal hygiene. Every chance he got, he'd ask me if I got my hoo-ha waxed, if I did it Brazilian. If I let the waxer touch me gently or something. It was so creepy. And that's all he was concerned about, my waxing. ::) His questions weren't really offensive or rude or anything, just creepy.
