Extra! Extra! The results are in!
Weightloss=5.5 lbs! Yay! The goal was 6lbs, but I'm very happy with this considering I cheated so much and didn't workout an extra day beyond my scheduled 3.
Its been amazing to see what has happened since I started paying attention to what I eat, writing it down, and tracking my progress/results.
When I first started last March, I weighed 122, but with 29.7% bodyfat:muscle. Wow, I was a butterball.
Over the last year, I worked out but didn't watch what I ate. At my highest weight I was 126.5, but with 26% bodyfat. So, while I gained weight, its all been muscle.
Now I'm 120.5 and 23.8% bodyfat.
I've lost 2 inches around my waist, inch around the hips, etc. I am approx. 34C-25-34.5. I am confident that I can easily lose another inch around my waist in the next month.
I will start a thread for next month's fitness goals, so we can all participate. Yay! :)
