Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
It just proves that men don't listen and expect strippers to say the same thing all the time. They expect to hear "want a lap dance". I asked a guy for a beer once and he said "I don't want a lap dance".

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
Or when you say hi! how are you? and they say no thank you.
I'm always like, uhh...what are you not thanking me for? I asked how your day was.
I always embarass them or question where they got their manners and scold them on the proper way to answer "how are you"?

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
LoL Kaylinn I love that one!!
I used to walk up to guys and say 'hey hows it going?' and they go 'no thanks' id go 'what?! a girl can't even say hi without the rejection?!' The guys would stumble and stutter and id go 'so really how rude can you be? I was coming up to say hey and hang out for a bit and you just nicely tell me to fuck off'. LoL a lot of the time it would turn into a sale because the guy would feel like such an asshole
-
Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
I do this too although sometimes I treat it like on a tv quiz show and say "Wrong answer, let me repeat the question." whilst I poke then in the ribs, or tell the cunts to at east smile, gah I hate bad manners!

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
I use this line for selling two-for-one specials. Just waltz up and cheerfully offer a free lapdance. It's amazing that any guys actually say no, but plenty do. Those are the guys who are just completely hostile to the environment and see everyone in the strip club as some evil whore out to steal their money.

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
I personally am inherently distrustful when someone says "free" ANYthing. I feel like I'm about to be duped (which in your scenario, mermaidnz, they would have been) so I probably wouldn't have gotten one either.

LOL yup.
Once when that happened and I scolded him and he got good and embarassed I said, well, you really just missed out. He said oh? why is that? I said well, you were my lucky 100th customer of the night, and the 100th customer always scores a free VIP room worth over $200! But asshole customers are excluded from winning. :P

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
In my old club we used to do this mega dance thing at midnight where all the girls dacnced on the tables and stuff for 1 song then at the end of the dance everyone gave one "free table dance." It was just an table side air dance for about a minute following which there was a 2 4 1 offer. Most of the time the guy you gave the freeby to would take the 2 4 1. It was amazing tho how many guys turned down the freeby. Its like, its free take it. Some people really believe that you never get something for nothing.

I'm not saying you did anything bad or wrong or anything; just saying that I know what it's like to be one of those people who will turn down anything that sounds too good to be true.

which is why this situation happens every now and then: "yada yada wanna lap dance?" " sure, your paying right? hahahaha" or "sure, if its free ahhahahaha"
anyways, i thought guys wernt ment to be posting in stripping general unless they had something super worthy to add, or were like, club related, like djs and stuff? :O

Honestly, this kind of customer doesn't really bother me. I wish that all of the guys that were not going to get dances would just announce it from the beginning before I waste time on them. It helps me weed 'em out. ;)
-
Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
I'd say no as well. I'd be scared I was getting myself into something I didn't want to be in. It annoys me when guys say "your paying right?" but I'll just respond "yha, with money out of your wallet". I don;t think I've ever had someone turn me down in that scenario, but I still think it's rude.

Maybe guys who had been to the club before knew once they had had the free dance they would look like assholes turning down the 2 4 1, hence turning down the free dance right from the start.
I agree with Zinaida that I don't mind guys who let me know right from the start that they don't want dances, but the "Hi, how are you?" "No thanks? interchange still seems rude to me. As though if they even took the time to answer my question before saying no, I'd attach myself to them like a suckerfish. Seriously, dude. If you think all strippers are evil whores trying to steal your wallet, why are you here?

That whole "hi" "no" thing drives me up a wall too... it can affect my mood as well. lame.

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
Ugh....I have had a guy actually not only turn down our mandatory midnight special FREE lapdance, he said he couldn't afford it!LOL! I said dude, if you can't afford FREE, you have issues. He quickly realized that he had fucked his chance and tried to back-peddle to get me back. I told him too bad, next time pay attention!
And I have always taken delight in making the rude ass's feel like idiots when you genuinely just want to say "hi, how are you" and they give the "I don't want a dance"......ummmm okay, once again for the hearing impaired..."HOW ARE YOU?"
I've been in my bar, in regular street clothes for a visit and have literally said Hi to the guy sitting at the bar :
Him- "I don't want a dance".
Me- "Does it look like I am dressed to work here? I am just saying hello..."
Him- " Oh, uh, sorry. Can I buy you a drink?
Me- "No"
Just proves also that guys pay no attention to what a girl is even wearing. I could have been the fucking waitress for all he knew.

hate that! I went over to say hi to a guy that had just come in and he goes "what? you're hounding me already?!" Actually it was just really slow and I was hella bored so I just wanted to sit and chat for a minute.

I KNOW! I like to say "hi" to people when they walk in so they see how hot and friendly I am and remember me to get a dance from later. I ask if they've been in before, show them around a little, flirt it up and make sure they're comfortable. I'm the immediate awesomeness in our club... but sometimes they just don't understand that.

Ugggghhhhh I HATE when customers do that. >:( That "NO I DON'T WANT A LAPDANCE" answer to my "Hi, how are you?" should be on my list of biggest pet peeves I have with customers.
Kaylinn, I usually do what you do...embarrass them or make a remark about the proper way to answer "how are you." I think it's good to put them in their place. Sometimes by doing this, I get the guy's friends to throw me a few bucks because they feel bad for their friends' rudeness. Other times, however, the guy will flatly and very insincerely say, "Oh, I guess I was wrong then to act that way. Ah well." as if he could care less that he was rude. Rude jerks like that are what I call "dead end" customers, who most likely aren't worth pursuing for any money or dances.

Re: "do you want a free lap dance?"
LOL. Sweet story. Guys just can't believe it's free. I want free LDs too8)
