I just got hired as a stripper here in town! It's super exciting, but I'm worried about eating healthy yet staying slim. I work a day job too (9 to 5) and I'll work the stripper job in the evenings three nights a week (6:45 PM to 2 AM) so lack of sleep will be an issue too. How do I keep my weight down (I'm 5 foot 3, 104 pounds), and eat healthy, while keeping in mind that I don't have the luxury of time to sleep? Right now I've been eating yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch, and skipping dinner. And before I go on to dance at night I try to have at least one drink (I'm new and still anxious about looking like a dork on stage). Any suggestions to keep up health? Stripping is a workout, and I don't want to get worn out too fast.
