Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
That's just a sad, ugly part of the biz.
One door shuts another opens. Personally I think tattooed chicks are hot, there's something uber sexy about a well put together gal with beautiful body art. Nummy.
Your head is on straight. Good luck! I have my fingers crossed for you.

The new club hunt starts tomorrow...wish me luck. In this town, i'll need it.
I wanted to just say that I can totally utterly empathise esp. when you posted the above :) I was fired from my club due to hustling for tips from stage (yeah.. how dare I want to get paid to get naked instead of just shutting up and going full nude on stage for free! anyway.. that's neither here nor there...) on valentines day.
it was real crappy timing as not only was it valentines day.. i also was feeling pretty damn good about my life only a week ago.. felt like everything was going great.. and then "BAM!"
I've taken a week off to 'heal' ... and will get back on the horse next week. I know the other club I will be trying in my town (only 4 strip clubs here and two of them are owned by the same owners) won't be as great money however hopefully i will be able to stay there like i was planning to do with the club that decided i wasn't acceptable in the end.
just know that there is some one out there in this wide world that can totally utterly empathise :)
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
I didn't read all the replies. Just want to say I'm sorry you had to go through this shit. Like losing your job to that extras girl's drama wasn't enough.
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
How incredibly stupid and unprofessional of your management. Is this the same club where you got fired because some girl kept starting drama with you? Glad you're moving on...hopefully you'll find a club where the managers can find their asses with both hands and a map.

It always happens that way, doesn't it?!?! I hate that! I too was feeling the same way. I was on top of the world, making such bomb ass money, paying off bills, we bought a new motor for my husband's car (that we needed badly for a long time), things were all peachy. Then bam, I lose my job over something stupid.
....and in my town, there are only 2 strip clubs not owned by these fuckheads! Like I said before they practically own ths town. They even own a bunch of restaurants and other type businesses.
Well, last night, I went to check out the 2 clubs I had left. At the first one, the lady manager was kind of a bitch and told me to come back Monday during the day. That was not on option for me, cause not only do I have no car during the day, but I needed to make money now.
I walked into the second club, and the manager gave me a tour and he was really nice and funny. He could tell I was nervous but he made me laugh;D
I was straight up and honest with him, I told him what happened at my other club, and he looked at me like "they said you were hideous?!?" and started laughing. So then he asked if I would like to go get dressed! I was like wow, ok! I went and got my stuff out of the car, went back in the DR which by the way is HUGE and girls aren't all piled on top of eachother. No one even payed attention to me. I didn't get that "oh who the fuck are you" , "oh look it's a new girl" bitchy stare-downs. Everyone just seemed to really keep to themselves.
The DJ was really nice, played me good songs, and the stages are super nice too. One big main stage then the second stage is actually a cage! It's so cool and sexy. I've never danced in a cage but I loved it.
I made over 300$ my first night, and didn't hustle ONCE. If anything, people were hustling me! I had so many guys tipping me on stage and asking for dances that they feeding me more money to "come see them first" One guy tipped me over 20$ on stage! Needless to say, I went and saw him first.:-*
Yay!

You don't deserve to be treated so horribly ~ I hope you find a better club. :)

I do not even know what to think, say, or do right now. I feel so confused. The owner that said this to me was EXTREMELY rude, insulting and YES, used these exact words.
I don't know how to feel.
if this was true he would not have hired you in the first place
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
Sounds like you found a great club!

LOL yes it does happen in the restaurant biz and it most definitely goes on in the club biz too. When I worked at Red Robin family chain restaurant, they had a rule that we weren't supposed to hang out with managers outside work(e.g., go out for drinks), yet the one young manager would openly discuss plans to meet up with various guys at the bar afterwards, and he also knocked up one of the girls at Red Robin. :O He did get fired though a few months after I left. To be honest I was ecstatic about this, since he wasn't all that nice to me when I worked there and he made it seem like torture any time I asked him a question(e.g., to consult a customer about why their food wasn't cooked properly; we were required to get managers to talk to customers when kitchen fuck-ups not our fault happened) that meant he actually had to do his job instead of leaning against the ice bin at the bar and chatting with the pregnant bartender.

Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
Being able to come onto SW and vent helps alot as well! Thanks guys...I love my new club and can't wait to work my next shift. Success is the best revenge..... when I'm rolling in the dough I am going to go back to my old club, order a bottle of Moet, make it rain on all the girls that were my friends, live it up and flaunt my hideous flat chest and tattoos all over the place. It'll be the best satisfaction showing them that I have moved on with my life and am happy and rich :)
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
It sounds like you've been liberated, not fired! Good luck!
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
it sounds like it turned out for the best! congrats :D
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
I have never caused any drama, behaved myself and made decent money. The reason this all came about is because of a bullshit situation that I had nothing to do with and got in trouble for.
Sounds real familiar. This has happened to me a couple of times, in each case when I was being really dedicated, showing up on time, working only one club, etc. I think a lot of strip club management remember the crazy strung-out girls more fondly for some reason.
And your new club sounds *awesome!* Best wishes with it!

There is no reason for a manager to speak to you like this. his intention plain and simple was to hurt you for whatever reason (prob a bitterness towards women).
Fuck that prick. Go to another club and makes lots of money.
Re: FIRED...for being "flat"???
The best revenge would be to get all your friends at your old crappy club to work at your cool new club.

Not only that, but I plan on making a visit soon to collect my regulars. If I have to pull a Jerry Maguire, I will...."Who's comin' with me?!?!"
I had a naughty little fantasy last night about throwing some change on stage at the girl who lied and got me in trouble. It would be so sweet, but I'd never have the guts to do it.
