Friendly reminder: Keep your Tonalin CLA in the fridge..
unless you go through it so quickly that it doesn't matter. It's an oil, and can go rancid, so it needs to be refrigirated in most cases, since you have no idea how long it's been since it was put on the store shelf (although my store is always out, so when I get it it hasn't been on the shelf long, lol).
Probably the same with your fish oils (Flax, Borage, etc.; Omega 3-6-9).
I take evening primrose oil too. Lotsa stuff in my fridge. :-\

Re: Friendly reminder: Keep your Tonalin CLA in the fridge..
yep, NEVER leave it in your car, when it goes you won't be able tell until it makes you sick.
Re: Friendly reminder: Keep your Tonalin CLA in the fridge..
oh no!! I have left mine at room temp for three months!
Is it still okay?:-\
Re: Friendly reminder: Keep your Tonalin CLA in the fridge..
Mine made me vomit last night, I'd been slack and hadn't taken it for a while, need to throw the whole bottle out now so yes, thanks for this thread (with interesting timing).

Thanks for the reminder. I never thought of this either. Now I'm worried because I just got two bottles delivered today and one bottle has been in my room all day and the other in my handbag and it's been 39 degrees celsius so I hope they're alright.

I'm sure it probably didn't go bad so quickly. It's more for those that keep it a long time, or like you, have more than one bottle. I'm sure you're fine.
