Cinnamon and basil leaf tea. Take it for nine days no sugar 3 times daily. Be careful of cinnamon if you are on aspirin or other blood thinning products, and careful of the basil if o muscle relaxers. Consult your physician before beginning this or any herbal supplement (my disclaimer)

Forgot to add that cinnamon will also lower LDL cholesterol levels, and your blood glucose it mimics insulin and forces its uptake into skeletal muscle, so if you are diabetic on meds or insulin you definitely want to talk to your doctor before ingesting it.

also, make sure you're getting all of your B requirements. A good multi if you don't take one will be super helpful.
it is normal to have a cycle length that changes from 0-3 days, like mine is normally from 28-30 days long. Occassionally I'll have a longer cycle, but not often.
are you recently off of BC? it can also take a good while to regulate after that, I know women who've gone from a 65 day cycle, to a 40 day cycle, to a 24 day cycle, to 35 and so on.
it can take up to a year to regulate, but some people are regular from the first month off. I was. But I was only on it for 9 mo, and i'd had regular cycles before that too.
also, make sure you're getting enough calcium and protiens. I get really bad off just before my period, and I never knew why till I started keeping track of my nutrient intake. that goes along with the B vitamins. Remember, vitamins are suplementary, they don't replace a healthy diet.
cutting down on sugars as much as possible around that time will not help the wait, but it definatly can help with the moodiness.

If it's always a week later than the month before, maybe your cycle has just lengthened? Mine was 23-25 days for a while but now it's been 28-29 days for the past 6 months.
I feel your pain. I'm 8 days past and slept like shit the past 3 days and in a funk. I've been off the pill a few years now. Maybe 4 or 5.
