Recommend the best jeans ever
I need two new pairs of NICE jeans, preferably with no stretch. I had a pair of Seven for All Mankind that I loved, and want something similar.
Price is not an object, I want flared or a wide bootcut, a long inseam, slim through the thighs, low rise, but not so low that I get a muffin top. The plainer, the better - I hate embellishments and want these to be as good during the day as they are at night. I need a pair in a dark blue rinse and light denim rinse pair.
Help!

Re: Recommend the best jeans ever
I was going to say get 7 jeans but seems you already know about them. They really are the best for long inseam and low (but not too low cut) If you love it why change the brand? Paige Denim is another one I love thats great for tall women - most are 34" inseam (a few are 33")
These are a nice dark denim

I love love love Rock and Republics. I'm TALL and they are the only jeans with a long enough inseam. Some of their jeans have alot of embellishments but there are a good number without too. The Kassandra fit is what works best for me, I would say I'm small/average build through the hips, thighs, and ass.

Re: Recommend the best jeans ever
Honestly, I know it's not the coolest, but Ambercrombie jeans fit me AWESOME and always have....
But, I'm 5'2" with a 30 inch inseam, so stuff like 7 and the like are w-a-a-y too long, I have also noticed at Amb. that their smaller sizes ( 0 and 2) run shorterm which is smart because shorter people tend to have smaller frames (not thinner but bone wise) as well.

true religion is my favorite for jeans.

I need more sexy jeans... stretch is a must. Without it, line dancing just doesn't work so well. I'm 5'1" and a size.. 0? 2? 3? Depends on the fit of the jeans.

Well, at least you can have a nice pair of great fitting pants hemmed to the perfect length... I hate having to find jeans with a 34" inseam.
Express is a great place - their jeans have a bit of stretch to them and they come in shorter lengths.

She said she wanted stretch... but yea, I have to get a size smaller too and squeeze into them then squat a few times and an hour later they fit great. Shit, Ive got way too much time on my hands...

Re: Recommend the best jeans ever
For what you described you're looking for I would suggest Seven for all Mankind in the Dojo.
My sister is obsessed with these, she has three pairs and you can find some without stretch and with dark blue detail rather than the white pictured.
They're more of a wide leg trouser jean and SUPER comfy.

Re: Recommend the best jeans ever
If you can, find a store that specializes in jeans. There's one in Philly called Charlie's Jeans and I've been an extremely devoted shopper there for years (as in, I won't buy jeans anywhere else). The sales assistants have you put a pair of jeans on when you get there, and then go through their stacks and stacks and brands and brands of jeans to find pairs that are along the lines of what you want. You can take an hour or two doing this, they know they're eventually going to find your pair or two and you'll buy them.
I don't know where you live or if you can get to Philly, but if not, look for a jeans store and make the sales assistants work for their commission.

+1 for True Religion. I am a devoted wearer. I get them from revolveclothing.com
Sometimes the rise is a little too low, but they have a variety of styles. I like the Joey ones.

I have 7s mentioned above, and I love them, for comfort, and the wash, but the ass doesn't cling and thus isn't that flattering.
My favorite pair of jeans -- they held up a year of me wearing them literally nonstop -- are Vigoss.
