Dancers in the early '90s
Ok this is a totally retarded question but I gotta ask it. I read Jenna Jameson's biography (great book btw) and she said when she was a dancer in Vegas guys used to orgasm just by women dancing in front of them and barely touching them. Obviously nowadays since lapdances have progressed to much more contact I can see how this is possible and it does happen but in the early 1990s when there was less contact could guys really just ejaculate by barely being touched? I really wanted to hear from girls who danced during this time to know if that was common. Was the actual contact NOT that different than it is now? Or was it just because the whole lapdance thing was so new and coming into being then?
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
I'm sure it happens, but most guys wouldn't brag about it.
Then again, I once did 3 couch dances (for those of you not in Portland: clothed in a gown, sitting to one side of the customer with a pillow between us, one-way contact from the bellybutton up) for a young guy, and he came. He was really pleased with himself, too. I was baffled.
Porn may have desensitized and cheapened a portion of the population, but plenty of guys are still REALLY excited by real live naked women.
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
I airdanced my way through the '90s and had maybe one guy bust a nut. Most of the time they just sat there normally like anyone would in a dance. There wasn't a lot of "happy endings" in the places I worked (actually, that's true for now as well).
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
I wasn't dancing in the 90s, but I have had guys cum with zero/minor contact before. Particularily an ex-reg I had. It was in a waist up contact club, but after a few weeks I wouldn't even get off the floor anywhere near him. It actually got to the point where I wouldn't even dance, or do anything. I would just sit on the floor as far away as possible from him and not even talk. He would cum everytime (and no he wasn't touching himself).
I absolutley hated it. Managment kept letting him in because they thought it was funny, because I was so tough and he really got to me. He wasn't even obsessed with me, just the idea of me. We never really talked, and he would flat out refuse to talk to any other girls.
Turns out he was a Psych. So I guess he was just getting off on his own thoughts or something, and I was just some catalyst. It was freaky. He ended up stalking me to another country. WITH HIS FAMILY. ?!
I'vr had a few other isolated incicents where guys have had a happy ending and I haven't been anywhere near them. I think its far from normal though.
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
I danced in the early 90s as a house girl in New York and Atlanta, and as a feature dancer in the US and Canada. I wasn't aware of men having orgasms unless they were masturbating, for which they'd get thrown out of the bars if discovered.
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
She also claimed in her book that when she and her friend in the club did a girl on girl show that no other dancer in the club could sell a dance. Not saying that she didn't do a hot job but I think she greatly exaggerated a lot of things.
Re: Dancers in the early '90s
I'm pretty sure she's full of shit; didn't she say stuff like she charged $50 a dance and always made $2K a night?
Anyhow, that being said, I did, on one occasion out of thousands, have a customer who achieved satisfaction with no contact from me or himself during an air dance. Much like BP, I was baffled.

biography's are written with one objective in mind ... to sell a lot of copies ! There is no legal requirement that the statements written in biographic books must bear any resemblance to factual history !!!
