I have never been that flexible but i have been trying for about 2 months now to stretch alot and i do yoga once a week cause i really wanna become more flexible.
Anyone do any specific stretches that really help them limber up??
I have fawnia mondeys one tape on floor moves(a rip off!) but at the end she does some stretches that have definitely seemed to help me but i thought maybe someone here had some advice/tips. thanks}:D
