Wait - how did you walk on the wall like that????
LOL..little tip...Windows Movie Maker (on every PC) will flip the video upright for you!
...and for the spin...drop your left arm about 4", this will allow you to keep your body away from the pole for the entire spin! :)
Nice job for the first one ;)
cute!!
Having your own pole is the bestest thing in the world :)
Happy fun fun :)
Not bad at all for a first trick--and now you will find that it gets easier quickly. The most important step is mastering the fear/nervous/doubtful feelings where the pole is concerned.
I am pissed off because I had a guy shoot a great video of my one special trick, spring break after hours--but then it turned out the camera was on pause. The girls there from UF also shot other tricks and all the other stuff going on, but we never heard back from them, not yet.
I am going to get him to bring his camera again in soon, though--or just go buy one myself, in which case I could just shoot it here anytime.
Anyway, looks great!
I would hurt my neck all day for this lol

Upside down one's posted today. Really excited to get my feet over my head. I didn't want to start another thread for these.
Let me point out again: I don't do hair or wear makeup when I practive at home (I look better with effort I promise ... ).
