Hey all.
I work as a DJ at a club where the dancers are required a minimum tip of $10 per dancer at the end of the night to the DJ. It is a known agreement that if a dancer really does well in a night that she should tip more than $10.
Ive been doing this job long enough to understand that dancers work hard for their money, and $10 seems like enough of a task for some girls.
However, I was wondering what kind of things a DJ can do for a dancer to make them feel that a DJ is worthy enough of more than the bare minimum when it comes to tips.
Any advice is very much appreciated.
