Live from Key West---why does anyone like this shit?
thankyou.
blasphemy! :O
I adore Benny Benassi. ;D
Ahahahaha! Such lulz...not necessarily at Benny but at the general connection I just made.
If you were in the Marquis Scene, you'd be laughing too.
No way dude that shit is the best sit-up music ever. Take it back!
Well not to be mean to the Benny Bennassi fans, but yeah I fucking hate him. it's nothing personal, I have friends whose music I hate, and they hate mine. To each their own--I should probably siggy that especially for when discussing music.
But he is just way too fast. I like some fast techno, but there is a threshold with the BPM, where the sexuality is lost, or it becomes harder to retain. Like is it theoretically possible to fuck to it? That's why so much slower music is sexier, even if we can't always play it if it's busy. Some fast music you could either pick up on the backbeat or sorta go with the flow. Not Benny, unless you have done an eightball maybe.
Though I do love me some Aphrodite now and then, somehow to me they pull it off, and he doesn't. Plus the robo--sounding synthesizer annoys the crap out of me, then the robot singing in 'Satisfaction'. That song bugs the hell out of me.
OK, enough, sorry.
There was a beautiful hungarian girl who use to dance to it at the club I use to work at. She danced to "Satisfaction" by him. She'd make you love the song. She frequently danced to techno but somehow moved so it looked super sexy. Her and I use to make out frequently. I miss her...
ahaha, well that explains it. I love/prefer ridiculously fast techno. :P
 trust me.Quote:
Like is it theoretically possible to fuck to it?
You can definitely pull off slow and sensual dancing to it too...just drop into a slower rhythm. Move on the 8 count...or maybe even slower than that...and just let the music wash over you like a wave.
The problem with fast techno is when girls try to move on every beat, or every other beat. That's when you get the manic-squirrel-on-coke effect. :P
How to dance sext to retarded fast EDM...
HALF-TIME! In some cases you even have to split that down. It really isn't that hard. Personally though, I like following the actual beat whenever possible.
As for that "Manic Squirrel On Coke" effect...it, like everything else, has it's time and place. I've found it's fun to go insane over some Mindless Self Indulgence once in a while. Besides, the irony in stripping to a song called "Faggot" is really just too awesome to skip!
I like Staisfaction ...but beyond that, all of his music sounds the same to me. I don't care for it at all.

Yeah Satisfaction rocks the house.
Oh yeah I have seen many a dancer pull off the 'picking up the backbeat/slow dance to the fast beat method'. In fact one of my all time favorite co-workers, Natasha, has this down to a science. She prefers Tiesto and such, and where normally Tiesto is not much higher than Bennassi in my estimation, I play it gladly for her. The girl can dance superbly, and make it look effortless. Then there was the Czech beauty Lana at my last club, who had Satisfaction on one of her burned CDs. But we found other stuff she liked better (sorry, lol).
noooooooo i like my benny bennassi. guaranteed money songs here in bmt.
^^ yep..."love is gonna save us" and "in tango" are two of my best money songs ever. <3
love is gonna save us = instant money! the ugliest girl ever will make money to that song. i've never seen a dead stage when that song is on.
For years now video gamers have been seeking assistance in playing and conquering the games that they live for. This assistance is sometimes found online, from television shows, or printed cheat materials. Many of these items have successfully helped gamers achieve victory, but they cannot help with all games. Using weapons to conquer and efeat may not sound that difficult, but if you have played before than you may realize that it is not as easy as it sounds. The good and valuable weapons must be paid for with . The easiest way to find is to buy it. Similar to the above mentioned resources, purchasing is a great way for a player to enjoy and conquer the game.
Hmmm, he's coming here on Friday, a bunch of my girlfriends are going to see him. I have to work though, boo :(
omg...the new album of his that just came out ("rock and rave") is full of win.
I count at least five SC-friendly songs that I want to dance to off of it, though "free your mind (on the floor)" definitely takes the cake for best track! I can't wait to go to work now, just to dance to that song, lol.
Maybe I will have to listen to some of his other stuff, but 'Satisfaction' and the few others I have heard made me want to renounce techno as my favorite genre, for all time. I'd leave a show when he started spinning, and come back when the next DJ was up, unless it was fucking Louis DeVito.
To each their own. I really need to siggy that.

I'll check that out, and maybe a couple others mentioned above.
It's like Tiesto, I used to despise him while loving other techno DJs who also had tracks I couldn't handle--but I listened to other stuff first so had an excellent impression. Like a lot of the Central Florida breakbeat DJs are my favorites, but some of their stuff sucks, too.
Now there are Tiesto tracks I really like.
^Nah, Benassi has a "Put Your Hands Up" too.
I can take or leave it, but it really still always sounds like the same synth bassline with a random robot voice over it. Untz Untz Untz, yeah. Once you've heard "Satisfaction", you've more or less heard what they do.
I fucking LOVE his music and I always dance really slow and sexy to it. Its not hard really.
I've been put off of Satisfaction ever since it was a Burger King commercial!
