I know i'm not the only one who struggles with consuming enough liquids throughout the day. I read in another thread about drinking half of your body weight in ounces and it really triggered something in me and made sense and felt doable.
I did it yesterday and i'm 1/4 of the way there today. I have been keeping a bottle of ice water with me where ever i go and drinking it whenever i glance at it. Its working for me.
So i challenge you to drink half of your body weight in ounces today. Only healthy drinks count.
Healthy drinks include-
Water of course
100% fruit juice
herbal tea
Thats all i can think of, Chime in if i'm missing something.
coffee, soda, sugary juice and alcohol doesn't count.
