I started my own hydration challenge when I started school. I bought a water bottle that hold 32 ounces of water, ad the night before I fill it half way and freeze it. In the morning before school, I fill it up the rest of the way so I have ice cold water all day. Half way through school I drink it all and refill it. so I'm getting 64 ounces of water per day. that's great for me..someone who never, ever drinks any water at all. It does help a lot. I have started to crave water now insted of soda
