That's no joke. I can't even squat down and get back up like that bc I don't have the strength in my legs! It takes strength/skill to shake it like that! I still don't have it down. Even though I'm white with not much of an ass, I like to vary my moves. I'm getting good on the pole and floor work, but I am still trying to learn to make my ass pop like that just because I want to be able to do it! I just don't know if I'm built right for it. I don't have that much of an arch in my back, and my ass is fairly flat. :(
practicing in front of a mirror is facts! I learned how to do one cheek at a time that way. Now I feel like my butt keeps it's shape bc I do it so often :P
