"Hot Flashes" from pasta, bread, rice- white or whole grain?
I've searched the internet and this site, but for nothing... here's the deal. When I eat a meal with a sizable portion of either breads, pastas, or rice, I tend to get "hot flashes"- my skin burns (but no discoloration), my eyes burn, and it feels similar to having a fever. It's pretty damn distinct and pretty damn uncomfortable. It doesn't happen, however, with cereal grains, and it's not that I'm simply overdoing the calories.
It doesn't strike me as a food allergy, but maybe an intolerance? I'm fittin to go to the grocery store, but if this keeps on happening...

^ isn't that a intestine disease? Lemme look it up... this happens more right away.
edit: no, my poo is normal, and I don't have any of the other symptoms, either.

Do you have similar reactions to foods containing sugar? Could be Candida Albicans. Bread, pasta, and rice contain starch, which, when digests, converts to sugar. Candida has a field day with sugar, and produces said symptoms and all types of other yuckies. Been there, honey, and still trying to get over it...
-Hope this helps.
