My breakfast this morning! LOL
How odd is that
It's soo super healthy, and colorful and tasty.
Here's what I did:
"fry" 1/4 onion chopped, 1/3 green pepper, 1 cup spinach and 1/2 tomato in olive oil until browned. Add 4 egg whites with pepper until cooked through. Cover lightly(by this I mean less than 1/8C) with reduced fat mozzerella and sprinkle on some tobasco sauce. Served with a side of raw, peeled carrots.
It tastes so good...so many nutrients AND low in calories.

Ooh, sounds super healthy! Yummy! Eat like that all the time and you'll drop out of stripping to become a model. :)
