Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
Hello Ladies :) lol
I'm looking for a lady that would like to be my working partner :)
Like we would work at the same clubs on the same nights
we could audition at different clubs together
maybe travel at some point
go to the gym together, basically just help each other out
I think it would be really cool... I had two partners out here who were great and really fun but one of them is preg now and the other only goes to this one club that I hate and refuses to try something new so...
If your interested please reply
hope to work with you soon :)
(I did a search for dancing partners and found that everyone posted in stripping so I hope this is the right place to put this) lol
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
I am so confused. It seems supportive but codependant at the same time.
And lmao this totally isn't what I think when I hear 'dance partners'... I usually think tango or foxtrot..
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
They way you've been acting around here sexyjasmine.... dunno about that.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
Once again a post that's supposed to be proactive and supportive is going to turn into a bitch fit.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
^ +1000. You made your presence known pretty loudly, you antagonized a ton of people, said you didn't care, and now are asking for a partner? And please don't tell me to f*ck off or something, I'm just telling you objectively how you've been acting.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
*sigh* I really wish I didn't have the habit of forgetting posters transgressions from post to post sometimes... while I never remember bad stuff people did and still treat them fairly... I NEVER REMEMBER BAD STUFF PEOPLE DID. Or I remember the stuff but lose the connection on who it was.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
I think it's a great idea. Just because the OP has posted some controversial things on SW doesn't mean she's not entitled to have defined goals and look for support from girls IRL. I've definitely met girls from SW w/ whom I've auditioned with, etc., and made some great connections. It's unfair to put her down or disparage anyone who's in the same boat and would love a partner for some moral support.
sexyjasmine, hope it works out for you.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
Thanks I appreciate it:)
Doesn't mean I'm a bad person because I disagree with certain peoples opinions and or didn't let people just say what they want with out defending myself but...whatever.
once again I didn't ask for peoples opinions of me I asked for people that would like to be my partner:)
If its not for you just feel free not to post no need to judge me or say anything negative just go on about your merry way :)
I think I might have found someone cool but i'm still open to others so feel free to let me know if your interested. ttyl

something told me happygiggles and sexyjasmine would be friends.
that wasn't meant to be snarky. i just felt it.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
I think you will definately find what you're looking for in a travel/workout partner. For me, when I go auditioning with someone, I go with someone who is a different race than me (hey, we've had threads like this so it's no surprise) but of the same bodytype. It's really hard finding other like-minded dancers. Especially once that doesn't have any travel obligations (ie. husband or a baby or school committments) If I ever come to Vegas, we can do some auditions together..:P

Hahaaha I will tell you though..sexyjasmine is a friend of mine too. She's a cool kid. Though, she does get a lil *ahem* controversial on SW. (we've talked about this lol) But like I said, she's cool.

Oh, I know you didn't Corgan. I knew the link would happen too. But FTR (for the record) I just wanted people to know that I think sexyjasmine is a cool girl. That's all.
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
I think it would be easier to make nice with someone at your club if you want them to work and be out of work with you all the time. Can you not use your old friend the works at the other club as a gym partner? You can always make new friends at work who work the same nights as you.
I agree with corgan though too, lol
Re: Looking for a partner to work with in Vegas
Do you have a place for an out-of-towner to crash? Honestly, I am soooo curious about Vegas (licencing, location, ect). I've never been there before in my life. If you think you can be patient with a total newbie to the Vegas scene, I could be down for a visit sometime down the road for a week or so. I have a hook-up for a photography gig in Reno, so I'm trying to find an excuse to go to Nevada. Thanks!
