shit I have a hard time even selling an hour unless the guy already wants it. In vegas the standard half hour usually runs around 200 plus your drinks, and hours around 400 or 500 plus drinks or a bottle.
this thread might be helpful..

I think a good start would be knowing you are worth it.
Wow, no that is not standard. Where are you? I can see how that would be hard to sell. In Dallas the average is 300 per hour, I try to get away with 500. New Moon makes a great point, you so have to believe you're worth it for it to work. Good luck.
Your first problem is realizing that it's not expensive. ;)
Pretty much! At my club I charge $350 for 30min while the majority of the girls sell them for way cheaper and do way more! I sell them because, like Maybelline I'm worth it :P
OP: Is that the set price including the entry fee? How do they come up with the extra $75?
For me, what started helping me out greatly (I know alot of SW members advise not to do this) but I sell the room at $300. While we are walking to the ATM or cash advance, whatever I inform them that there is a $50 entry fee that we must pay before we go back. I've NEVER had a guy not want the CR/VIP just cause of this $50 extra tacked on.
OP: Are the other girls at your club having the same hard problem selling these sorts of rooms?
I used to work in a club where the official prices were $200/15 min, $400/30 min, and $800/hour. However, the management told me that girls really offered them at $400/15, $800/30, and either $1200 or $1600/hour (forget which). Not that many VIPs got sold, but it did happen. I only sold one 15 min session during a month and a half of working there, and it was cause the guy asked for it. I didn't believe I was worth it or that anyone would be able to afford it.
That said, I would like to stress that it DID happen. I'm certainly not qualified to tell you how, but I bet that boning up on Hustle Hut strategies will really help.
Oh - and those prices don't seem usual to me. Might depend on where you are, though.

VIP at my club is 150$ an hour, fuck if I'm ever doing it for under 300$ again.
What about your VIP room makes it better than the rest of the club? Is it more private, are the dances better, does it come with a bottle of alcohol? I guess that linked thread summed it up pretty well but take note of the best part of your VIP room and really talk those up.
oh i thought you got to keep all that. Then yeah that sounds reasonable and pretty much what other clubs charge. If you include the cost of the CR ours cost the guy a minimum $725 (with the cheapest champange), but of that we'd keep only 325 (lucky we are allowed to set our own prices;D).
ive worked at clubs that a vip room is 185 for a half hour to another that is 500 and up for half hour......you just have to offer it confidently, see yourself as worth it, and realize that it really is not that much money.....(wether or not it is)......
the club that is 185 for a half hour was my first club and I had trouble selling vips then...because I saw them as kinda expensive....after working at a couple others and coming back I sell them every night because I don't see them as more than a dance anymore
Our hour rooms cost about $8-900 more once the bottle prices are factored in. Our hours are $500 plus $300+ bottles of wine/champagne.
When they ask prices I always make a range 100-500 and offer them a tour. Sell the hour room as the most exclusive, private room and if they ask, mention the prices in a matter of fact way. You can always go on with the tour to the lesser rooms, if he balks.
;)
If I am correct in assuming which club you are at, most of those VIPs in your club are getting sold because of extras. The top earners when I worked there also had a lot of regulars. It's very much a regulars type of club and didn't start making good money until I had some myself. I managed to sell a few VIPs there, but it was SOOO hard most of the time. I had to use the overconfident bitch hustle, and really not make a big deal about the price. There are guys there who are willing to pay, you just have to try and upsell from regular dances always, and believe you are worth it.
$300 for the room and only $175 for you?! That's bullshit!

^ the room should be a FRACTION of the cost for your time. Like $400/hour for you, and $100 for the room. I've never worked at a club where a room is worth more than me! This is so mind boggling to me.
^ Um.... $175 is more than $125.
^ The room is 300. The cost for the dancer is 175. The dancer is "worth" 7/12 as much as the room. Just because the fraction is more than 1/2, it's still a fraction. It should be the other way around.
I think you're missing the point that the room should never cost the customer more than the dancer. I think that's ludicrous and very greedy on the part of the club that a room is worth more than her company.
i'm totally confused about the location of these clubs? is this all in dallas?
in nyc our rooms end up costing the guy about $500 a half hour (300 to dancer) and $950(500 to dancer) an hour with nothing included, and then we are supposed to try to sell a a bottle of champagne from $300-$800. we have 17 rooms and many nights there's a wait to get in one. i'm sure extras go on but in the year i've been at my club i've never seen it with my own eyes (many if not most times its 3 or 2 guys and dancers in the room at once)
so that's the angle we take, the dancer fee is the same but if the guys share a room the room fee will be less per person.
are your rooms big enough for a few dancers? cause telling the guys how much you want to be able to "have fun" with another dancer usually gets them going.
One hour at my club costs $2000...at first I found it to be a ridicolous price and thought it would be reaaally hard to sell but it really isn't....men who have a lot of money won't care if it's $500 or $2000 or whatever....
if they say anything about the price I just say "Don't you think I'm worth it, I thought you liked me..?" and make a cute pouty face..has always worked for me...
Check out this post before you even think about coming here to work even if it's just for a few days....If you are used to big chain clubs you will hate it here...I sure do.. http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=126600
