Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
I like cat sitting for my friend. I get to pretend this is my apartment and I live on my own. Something tells me that the act is going to my head because I fully intend on cleaning this place tomorrow (ugh, bachelor's). Then again, I am having company and I don't want them to die of dust & kitty dander.
The doctor put me on more medication, this time to counteract the side effects of the paxil and make it easier to wean myself off if I want. I am going to wait a little while before I start taking it though since I will really have to cut out the drinking ... probably entirely.
Boo. I like drinking. :(

Oh man. If I lived next to a Taco Bell, I'd probably die of a heart attack within a week of moving in.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
Our friends were babysitting for other friends, and had the five-year-old daughter over at their house. She is so fucking cute. I want one exactly like this one. She's loud, rambunctious, energetic, growling, a bit loopy, and very bossy. And she has huge dark eyes like K and the same white-blonde hair we both had as children. I want to just clone her for my own.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
my friend has one like that...
6 years old.
can probably get a good price for her.
she told me that she lives on her own planet and that sometimes mummy is allowed to come in but no one else.
oh, and that she remembers being born.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
 I was like that as a kid. I was the queen of my own world and spoke my own language that no one understood but me. I also had an extensive English vocabulary when I could be induced to use it. This little girl is the same way. I want one, I want one!

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
My lactose intolearnt boyfriend just slammed a glass of milk and went to bed, speaking of farting. I think the sleeping arrangement is going to be him, dog, other dog, me.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
This town smells like fart.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
Note to retarded customers: I am 21. Not 28, not 32, not 43. Guessing that I am those ages is just downright stupid and ignorant. I do not look older than 21 and especially not by that many years. You have no idea how to talk to women and that is why you have to come to strip clubs for attention from them. Yeah, you made me look in the mirror a couple of times to check and see if I look that much older than my actual age. I don't. I don't have wrinkles, fine lines, or bags under my eyes so you're obviously just power-tripping on trying to insult me.
I'm sorry you'll never ever have a chance with me in real life. Have fun with your hand tonight, thinking about me.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
^ I think it has a lot to do with the fact that there are so many minors in the club. In our old place, we were often asked if we were minors, but a lot of the girls in that club were older and showing it. In the new club, there are lots of 18 year olds flitting around. We look older by comparison (although I don't know why that apparently means we're 28) but in the end, the guys like it. We're the ones getting the dances.

On a side note, my adventures in online dating are not so spectacular.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
I could only sleep 3 hours , i think my body is now programmed for 2 three hour sessions, and it kinda sux. Also my tummy hurts and I didn't have a good night lastnight. There were a bunch of assholes who wanted to talk and not spend. I did something funky to my foot b/c it hurts really bad and im all stuffy from allergeries but if I take a pill i will be out for at least 12 hours :(
I need to work earlier today.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
^^^ Im sorry you dont feel good.
I am in such a good mood but I know it will end soon . I actually feel "normal" I feel happy and can think straight. Thank you anxiety drugs :)
I need to find a doctor here that will prescribe me what I need but I don't want to deal with the bullshit of looking for one that actually will. It's such a headache to deal with and then they give me some other crap that just messes me up. :(
But I feel happy right now :)
I leave to San Antonio later on today so I have start packing and cleaning.

Within the year, G-d willing. I'm so ready but we need to get out of debt and get started on a house first.
Speaking of which, I have to go back to dancing next week. *sigh* I thought I was all good and retired but it looks like I have a couple more months to go.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
GRRRRAAAAHHHHHH. K and I are in love with this house around the corner, and we just ran the numbers and realized that if we bought it at its real market value with a 6% 30-year mortgage, our monthly mortgage payment would be less than what we're currently paying in rent on our shitty apartment. So technically we can afford the house, but there's no way we would be approved for the mortgage because of our debt.
I has a sad.

^^ :gnasher:
It's good to know you can afford a house. Just keep working on it.

The pistachio house???? You never know...we had a ton of debt and got approved. And then approved for 2 refi's with worse debt! Even in the current housing crisis...I'd go to a good mtg company and have them see if they can get you approved.

Hmmm. Might have to look into that. It would be freaking SWEET if we could move in January instead of late next summer. It's not the pistachio house though (they still want half a million for that one, HAR HAR HAR). It's right around the corner from us on a quiet residential street between our apartment and Trader Joe's. 3BR, 2 bath, fireplace, gorgeous deck space, great location, good schools... we could live the rest of our lives in that house. I want it.

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
Thanks Iris :)
I am so trying to stay awake. If i can stay awake all night and not sleep till i get home from work, maaaybe I can sleep 8 hours for once.

DO IT!! Of course..I have selfish reasons..you'll have a room for me to come visit until I can both manage to move and convince C to move there!!And walking distance to the best brie I've ever tasted!!!
Oh wait...between you and Trader Joes..it isnt that redneck house with the broken window is it?? LOLOLOLOL!!!
Seriously though...as an ex mortgage broker I can tell you that since most work off commission only..they will bust their ass to get you approved. They make nothing if you dont. Just make sure you dont get talked into a crap loan. If you want...call me when you get an offer and I'll tell you whether its good or not.
The most important thing most of the time is credit score and DTI (debt to income ratio). If you can pass those...you can get approved most of the time. (and DTI can be fiddled with...believe me, I've done it for clients)

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
So happy! I have a hair show in a few hours. God I can't wait to see what my stylist is going to do this time :)
I'll post pics when I get them!
I just hope I don't fall off the freakin runway. Last time it was slippery and one of the girls almost went down. I don't know what kind of stage we are going to have at this venue though, so i'm nervous. I *hate* runways with all of my heart. I get all anxious and sweaty(sexy...isn't it?)

Re: I like cats, waterfalls and unicorns
Due to how everyone is coming down with gastro at my Dog Grooming School.....
I'm getting paid today to do dog hydrobathing. Last time I did dog hydrobathing was un-paid as a volunteer at the AWL QLD (animal welfare league). So.. it's sweet that I'm being paid!!
I just hope that it isn't an employee payroll thing. I hope I can invoice them the hours I do and the hourly and they just put the money into my account .... and let me take care of everything else. I'm just so used to being self employed and find it a lot easier to work that way.
They said they would pay me $12 per hour. Well, considering I have very limited experience in this area.... the fact that I'm being paid is a bonus!
Besides, I don't have to take off any clothes, I'm only dealing with dogs (yay) and the other staff members... this is a hell of a lot less stress and everything than anything I usually do.
I'm willing to take the pay cut because I'll be doing something I want to do!
;D
Off to work in 25 minutes (I start at 8am.. have no idea when I will finish).
Wish I slept better tho' :(
