"Newbie on the Pole" Pics
As some of you know, my club does NOT have a pole. In fact, until last night, I had never been on a pole or tried any tricks. However, I have watched my fair share of stripping movies, and stuff on YouTube. Here I am, busting out some amateur moves at the playground!!!
Morning laughs on me! ;D (Again, I have NO clue what I'm doing here, this is for entertainment value only!!)

Girl! You even look hawt upside down!
Good job for a newbie!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
I wish our playground had poles - Id be over there everyday...lol
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
What is your workout routine? I had a pole at my last club and couldn't do shit. I'm jealous right now.
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Awww, look at you inverting on your first-ever pole attempt! It took me ages to have the guts to try that!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
^^^I still can't do it properly but my brother got it on his first attempt *shame*
It must be all about the arm strength. My arms are like twigs.
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
I'm jelly! I'm scared of the pole, can't do shit. You look great!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Oh sexy even upside down! LOL
But wow you did get the hang of it quickly way to go.
And shit all my playgrounds either have a skinny skinny pole or big fat poles, no perfect stripper poles!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
The powder coating on a play ground pole makes it a lot easier to grip on to. I can go upside down on play ground poles but on my chrome one I'd break my damn neck!
FTR: You do look great upside down! ahah
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Good for you, you look awesome.
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
I've looked at the third pic 10 times and I am still waiting for something to fall out the top of your shirt....
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Nice job on the pole-hey Djoser can give you some tips lmao.
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Just wanted to say.....I am so SORE from doing that, I can't even raise my arms up!! I don't workout (other than dancing - haven't worked in weeks though..lol), but I did do gymnastics for 10+ years, maybe that's why I wasn't that scared of going upside down - I have no idea. Also, I figured, if I fall on my head, it's just wood chips. LOL!!
I am sooo paying the price today for those shennanigans. I bruised the left side of my ribcage (I guess from having it hit the pole so many times, getting on it). Man, do I feel OLD.
I REALLY wanna try it again once I'm not sore though. I mean, there is not a pole at the club I work at, but I think I just like doing it for fun! It is a damn good workout.

To be honest, I just don't eat a lot. I probably eat 1/2 or 1/4 of what normal people eat. I'm just hardly ever hungry for a regular "meal", because I eat small things throughout the day. Nibbling, basically. That keeps your metabolism up.
I also avoid alcohol at all costs, and I chase after 2 kids, one that is a toddler and FULL of energy. She wears me out!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
What I want to know is how you climbed that thing in jeans? I always relied heavily on my thighs and calves when climbing the pole.
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
I love those jeans! your skin is so sexy...do u tan alot?
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
haha! Love it.. now I wanna go to the playground and play on the pole :D
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Who knew playgrounds had adult benefits? Good shots trying! Takes practice, and watch the ones where you hit your hips against the poles, that hurts like hell!

Ha! that's funny, this should be on the "you know you're a stripper when" thread, when you go to the playground to practice on the pole.;D
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
Nice pics!!! :)
One tip...it will save you the pain the next day!
When you are pulling up or inverting (going upside down), keep your shoulders back, and your arms at a slight bend!
This will make the back work more as 1 unit, rather than placing all the weight in the shoulders! It will also help keeping the torso at the proper distance to reduce the chance or rib bruising or cracking!
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
WOW!! I can climb up(though not in jeans!!) and hang upside down, but I STILL(after 8 years) cant flip up into an invert. Thats AMAZING for a first try!!! And I love those jeans too...I'm obsessed with ripped/distressed jeans. Both my fav pairs are torn to shreds(bought them that way!)
Re: "Newbie on the Pole" Pics
I got the jeans at Abercrombie...and yes, I tan 2-3x's a week, but haven't been in awhile.
I am STILL sore. No joke. I don't think I'm gonna ever do that again....at least not without major stretching....my shoulders/arms/leftside of my ribs STILL ache like I have the flu...and it's been days. :(
