Hi! I have been on here before but it has been a while and it was with a way old account. Anyways, I used to dance but I don't anymore. I am getting a X Pole soon to help me lose 25 lbs that I still haven't been able to get off due to my baby weight. So while I am not a newbie to the whole scene, I am a newbie to doing inverts. Right before I quit I was getting ok and just plain old flipping upside down and holding my leg out. But I could only flip like 50% of the time! Well anyways..yep. Hope to talk to you soon!
