Re: The "Black Club" Hustle
I worked at Angels, Coco's , Rollexx, and I made my most money in black clubs i really BANK and normally i'm the envied top earner.I dont have a big booty but I pop, shake and i could get down with the best of them.i'm mixed with asian so i guess i inherited the asian booty.lol. I think it alls comes down to being CONFIDENT AND AGGRESSIVE. Guys period black or white can smell insecurity they have a dog nose for it.At black clubs you always have enjoy yourself or atleast act like you are enjoying yourself.Become the life of the party.Staying positive is VERY IMPERATIVE even if it looks hopeless because it only takes that one person.Nobody wants a dance from the girl at the poker machine all night or just sitting at the bar counting the next dancers money. Not to mention the Dressing room haters. I just make sure I talk to everyone in the club and make a good impression .But my most effective dance sale strategy is your classic Wanna Dance .I walk with my head high and after i state the question i normally do a little pose with my hands and my hip I call it my power pose and smile until my face feel like its about to crack.
Re: The "Black Club" Hustle
Sometimes I find it effective to just grab them and take them to the dance area.It sometimes makes the other guys laugh and they in turn gets dances to .But I always make sure I look busy and important. And another thing that is effective is half drunk guys like half naked girls that are funny and can make them laugh and officially in there comfort zone.
___Does power pose +}:D = $$$$

Re: The "Black Club" Hustle
At my fav place, there is a bit of a mix. But it’s true, black men, know what they want and if your not it-you can come at him with a truck loud of tricks and he will not budge. You might be the most gorgeous girl in the world, and the ‘it’ girl of the club and they still will not batter an eye lash at you.
I have a ‘it’ girl at my place and the girl sure gets her way without so much blinking. And the black guys laterally do not see her. She is absolutely invisible to em. She knows it and moans when the black guys throttle in. And they often do cause the manager is into black guys and she often invites them over.
Always. I’m toothpaste, but i have a big, real, fat booty. Hips and thighs and A pretty face and perky boobs. They love me. Besides I’m not a pro at black dances, but i can dance-i love to dance. And they adore me. I feel so very wanted when black men are in cause i know, i know, they belong to me.
Also, there were one or two girls who had fake asses. They can tell. And i could never understand why they always claimed my ass was nice when-to be honest it was not,-not at all. Now i realised because my ass is very, very real and looks like its well and truly home grown. They do not see cellulite, they do not see nothing but that big bubble shape and rabbit vibration. The more it wobbles, or the more you can make wobble, the better they like it.
I do need to work on my hustle though. I need to be sharper, faster and a bit less nicey. Once i get that down-boy i am going to $$$.
Also, black men expect more entertainment them white men. White guys something to look absolutely perfect, and pretend that they are the best thing since life spread. Black guys can read fake-ness a mile away. Play witty batter with them-they will honestly love that better than you telling them how they are so very awesome.
Tell them- “yea, so you think you’re so freaking great, then why don’t you prove it to me cause boy they all chat the same crap.” I never realised this at first, but when i was in a bad mood, and they started to chat crap (and the black men always do) i blew them off-the reaction was very, very good indeed.
They are usually broke, but if you can learn to pick and choose them (i’m getting the hand of it.) then some black men have wallets full of dosh to dish. They like to show off, and if they can, they will. Most white men are really tight with the wallets, and they need gentle probing-probing that are at times emotionally tiring.
Black men, some have more money in their wallets then some for the whites and that money has been put there solemnly to be spent of strippers and bullshit. The white guys money is not there for you, no t really, so by quite some way-a black guy can sometimes be much more appealing than a white guy.
He got the money, that money is for you, he wants entertainment-as in dancing, as in booty shaking-you do that-it’s yours.
Don’t get me wrong. I love white dudes. My heart belongs to the lovely white guy-it does-for many reasons. But i find that my soul belongs to the black man all the way. Always will. It’s almost like home cause with them they want real woman-they want passion-they want soul-they want dance-they want the feel good feeling.
i'm there, to dance, to give just that.

Wow let's be real yes it is true that more whites are richer but their more stingy and smart with their money black guys will spend because they want to feel like their favorite rappers... they spend more then the white guys thats the honest truth!

Nice to know my girl is still at it doing that stretchy splits in the air/splits on the pole thing after 2 years. She needed that trick because she couldn't dance for jack. ;D
Re: The "Black Club" Hustle
My question is (*BUMP* btw) what happens if I'm a white dancer and I go to an urban club and get hired but then the girls there are super catty towards me or even threatening or trying to drive me out?? Do I stay and say FUCK THAT SHIT? Or do I leave? Do I tell a manager? I don't know what to do if I'm confronted with that.

I have this issue at urban clubs and I'm black. Apparently, because I don't act like the girls on Love & Hip hop, I'm constantly seen as stuck up or boujee. Plus I'm slim thick with a small butt. The girls are always stank to me and the guys don't spend that much money on me. I've learned to avoid urban clubs.
I've learned from experience, that money can't really be made going solo in an urban club. It's best to either go in with a friend or make friends there. Hustling with someone else results in more money and it helps when dealing with the competition giving you issues. I reccommend going with another dancer though. Gotta have someone that you can trust.
Re: The "Black Club" Hustle
That makes sense! Thank you!

Don't you deal with cunning counterparts at any other club? I just don't play them much mind when I'm making money or trying to. You can avoid them or try to be nice and make money together and they may stop being So mean. I would be aware of who's who, though.

Yes, u do gotta make friends in urban clubs. TBH, urban clubs has been shit for me. I'm a skinny girl that has transitioned into a mixed club and it's waaaay better $$$.
Based on what I've repeatedly seen, the majority of black men like that fake ass, centaur body aesthetic. Even tho they be talking shit about the girls who got their booties/bodies done, they still be the main ones tipping them.
Somebody on here said BM, spend more money than WM...lol...that's has DEF been the opposite for me. Again, I'ma skinny BW, so the poster upthread may have had a diff/thicker shape than me. IME, BM are tight as hell with their money and you have to pull teeth with them. *Ive even noticed this with the thicker dancers too btw* But the majority of your money will be made if you're flexible and has an exciting stage set! And yeah your personality has to be oreo mixed with tad of hood and freakiness.
Skinny BW shouldn't have to go get surgeries just to compete in a strip club!
ATL skinny BW dancers should stay away from urban clubs at all costs IMO. It may take u some time to get hired in the "white/mixed ones", but just save ur money for the license and you'll get there! If you're a travelling dancer, I say travel only if you're thick/curvaceous and has enough money for the license which varies from county-to-county, so ~$300.

Depends. Get to know the managers first so you know who would be more your ally when you need it than view you as a trouble making snitch.
Go to that one if you have a problem (discretely record on your phone - if it’s legal) so you have proof just in case.
Then go about your business.
Most reputable clubs have dancers that act mostly civilized plus they don’t want catty drama and managers will try to diffuse situations they sense getting out of hand. This is because random strip club brawls bring the wrong attention and fucks up everyone’s money and prevents clients from having a good time/spending money.
So go to a higher tier urban club not a ratchet one.
If you feel your life is in danger - just leave!

BTW you can record someone threatening you on your phone even if it's technically illegal- just explain you felt threatened but KNEW the situation would boil down to "her word against my word"
IMO these days a lot of urban clubs can be higher end and have effective security. In my experience club owners and bouncers who are very attentive/present mean that they take security on premises seriously. (CCTV cameras make this way easier than it used to be BTW.)
