a little shady..
I see that there is already an active thread on escorting, but my question about it is completely different from the question already asked,I hope you don't mind me starting a new thread about it.
Anyways-I just got hired as an escort yesterday, and she wants me to start tonight?! Is that normal? I don't know,It seems a little shady to me. The interview was conducted over the phone, and she called me from a private number. It's with an agency-seems pretty legit-but I can't help but have my reservations about the whole thing.
I was just wondering if someone could give me some insight. Money is really tight with me right now, with medical bills stacking up,and all that crappy stuff..It depresses me just thinking about it..so the money has got me tempted-but I want to be safe too.:O

Re: a little shady..
It's pretty strange for an agency to hire you without seeing you in person first. Normally, you send them some pictures of yourself and then they call you up to arrange an in-person, face-to-face interview with you to make sure that you look as good in person as you do in your photos. I think it's odd that she wants you to start so soon before she's even seen you up close. I'd be VERY careful if I were you, because agencies in general are gateways to parasitic, exploitative relationships. If it's at all possible, I'd advise you to go independent. Does your financial situation allow for you to travel to outcall locations? Do you have reliable transportation and some nice photos of yourself? If so, then you could post some free ads for your services on several sites (myredbook.com, craigslist, etc) and screen your own calls. It's safer to do it on your own, in my opinion, because agencies don't really care who they set you up with and they'll take money over your own personal safety anyday.

Re: a little shady..
There are good agencies and bad ones. This sounds like a bad one. If she isn't interested in a face to face interview it means that the agency isn't really interested in good customer service. It would follow that they are also probably not screening clients at all and not interested in your safety from either LE or bad clients. I would pass.

Re: a little shady..
Thanks so much for the advice.
I decided to pass on the agency,I don't want to take the chances of being hurt or exploited.
I Might go independent,I can dance full time to make some extra money for advertisement.
If you guys have any other information on escorting such as websites or your own experiences, please let me know.
I appreciate your help!!
I'm kinda disappointed because the money is soooo good. Ugh,i know it's not worth it though. :-[
