ditch the red nails and go for something more classy and understated like a traditional french manicure or paint them a shiny nude shade.

wow, so last night i was wearing that new red babydoll i got, spoke to a few customers and changed into something else.
One called me over after this and said "weren't you wearing red a little bit ago?" "yeh," i said, "but i changed for my stage set cuz this other outfit is more comfortable to dance in." He said that his friend had been waiting for me to have a free moment cuz he had wanted to get a dance from "that girl in red", and that he wanted to get a dance from me also and had stuck around longer than he intended to so he could get a dance from me too. He sort of shook his head and couldn't get over how different i looked in this other outfit and seemed disappointed that i wasn't in that red outfit. He bought 2 dances anyway.
I guess when you're the only one in red it really does catch some attention!
oh and red is a good weekend color, when it's packed and there's a bunch of girls to choose from. Helps you stand out :)
So I wore red last night as an experiment. Usually I wear hot pink and it is definitely a moneymaking color for me, but yesterday I dug out my burlesque/pinup outfit, a red waist cincher and pushup bra w/black lacy booty shorts and red lipstick. And boy am I glad I did! I hit the floor at 9 and made my first round of the club...I didn't even get all the way around the floor before some drunk guy ran up and asked me for a dance :D
Saturdays are typically packed at my club and there are 40-50 girls working. Usually there are enough customers that everyone makes good money, but last night it was DEAD. So dead that even some of the hardcore hustlers were packing up and leaving at midnight! I have a buddy who typically makes about the same amount as me on Saturdays(usually in the $400-500 range) and she didn't do a single dance last night...she even borrowed my pink outfit and it didn't help. Meanwhile I had customers coming up to me and saying things like "come see me when you get off stage" or "my friend is looking for you, he's been talking about the girl in the red corset all night". I even did a couple dances with guys who "never do dances and are just here for the bachelor party but you're so hot I just had to". I managed to walk with $200 at the end of the night...not exactly what I had hoped for on my way in but waaay better than many of the other girls.
SO the moral of the story...red is definitely a moneymaking color, especially on a night with an unfavorable dancer/customer ratio, since it really helps you stand out.
^ that's awesome!
I have this, and it's a MEGA money outfit. It's red AND sparkly. I keep the waist cincher on and everyone LOVES it.
There's other variations of it that are awesome. I'm thinking about getting the strapless bra, because it would be easier than digging the bra out from under the waist cincher.
I always feel sexier and more mysterious in black, but when I wear red, I have people from across the room waving me me over to do dances--every time. Maybe it's a good color on me, but I tend to think that red is just an attention-getting color. If I don't wear a red dress, I wear a black dress with red thong under, red lips, red-soled shoes..I always have a flash of red somewhere.
I <3 red... its super sexy and eye catching. It also has the same classy sexy appeal that black does, while being more noticeable and having more personality than black.
I try to avoid black. All the girls wear black. It makes me blend right in and customers will be more likely to confuse me with other dancers. Apparently one night there were so many girls wearing black, that the manager came to the DR and saw like 4 girls wearing practically the same black cocktail dress, and was like "wtf is this an italian funeral? Go change."
I think it's only certain clubs though... when I started at my current club, i think it was the first night, practically EVERY girl in there was in black! It looked like some sort of dress code. Black is still the most popular color there though it seems like the fashion choices have "lightened up" a bit. At the first club I worked at not as many girls wore black, but it was also a lot darker and smokier
Great... now everyone in my club is wearing red.
So wear yellow :p
Well, I bought a new red bra and red thong..... this wearing read to make more money better work tonight haha! (I all make like $1,000 tonight lol.....hah, I'd wear red every single night after that);)
I bought a silver bikini with black embellshing on it on a whim last night from the costume woman and I felt like it helped me double my money last night. Being brown skinned, the right shade of red is crucial, otherwise, I get mediocre response in it. I usually resort to gold but had never really worn silver until last night. Since silver attracts a lot of light and attention, it may be my new go-to color!
I wear a lot red switch it up with different shades of red varied sometime by different prints or trimmings. I also like black and wear it often when I can't decide what to wear.
red get a lot of attention, it explains why car of this color often get pulled over.
I'm not a fan of red, but think i'm gonna test it out. IDK, I like it's a color that doesn't look good on me.. but fuck, if it'll make me money... i'll see.
