I think right wingers have been saying the WB and the IMF are bad gor a long time. Look at the IMF and the crap they did in S America during Clintons 2nd term. Are you going to blame the left wingers now?

Why the heck would I do that? To leftists, the IMF and the World Bank with their "structural adjustment" programs, are seen as the very epitome of globalism and unbridled (read American) capitalism....
